instead of taking money for services not delivered?Crysantos: We're sorry that it happened and we're working on a solution
for this, unfortunately the micropatch that we deployed last week
didn't solve the issue completely. We're investigating the issue
and also the possibility of a compensation, but first we need to
address the issue, assess the magnitude of impact for players and
then decide on a potential compensation. I don't have any specific
information at this point but we'll inform you asap when we receive
