We do appreciate your opinion and understand you concern. However, you should take into account that this is a really big event and its organization is enormously difficult. Actually any big event is hard to organize, as you may guess. And we are doing our best! However, we couldn’t have foreseen all the circumstances. We hope that we will find understanding and any kind of assistance in you, guys!
Some of the players are already in Russia and they are pretty happy. Unfortunately it was impossible to organize the flights this early for everyone due to our partner who was handling it didn't manage to do so. and again… you are coming from all over the World – 22 countries, 250 people!
We do apologize for any inconvenience caused and we promise you that everything will go smoothly from now on.
