The Battle for Himmelsdorf - Rules & Informations

Дата: 10.03.2016 18:36:39
Calogridis: TOURNAMENT RULES Registration : Registration for this tournament will open the 23 March (23/03) and close the 30 March (30/03), 3 hours before the start of the tournament. Newcomers section: Everyone is highly encouraged to read the following guide, it describes the process from choosing a tournament to creating/joining or modifying teams. Join us on the forum to discuss current and upcoming tournaments, you may also ask any question about any cup or rules. Tournament structure: The tournament will be separated in two parts : the group phase and the playoff one. Each Group will be composed of 10 teams. At the end of the group stages phase, the 1st team will be the only one to qualify for the playoff phase. Players participating to the playoff phase will get separated reward from those who didn't qualify. (see Rewards) The group phase will take place the 30 March, in encounter mode. The playoff phase will take place the 31 march, in assault/defense mode. There is only one map: Himmelsdorf. For Questions & Answers, please follow this link: HERE Team captain obligations: All teams’ captains must stay up to date on the forum. The tournament administration recommends every captain to follow the “rules and information” threads of the specific tournaments they participate in, in case of critical changes.  Rule violations must be posted within 15 minutes after the round end in a “rules enforcement” thread in the specific forum section. After the deadline passes, reports will be deemed invalid. The team captain is responsible for his team: only a team captain can make requests on behalf of his team on the forum.  Captains and players are advised to use the in-game reporting system to report foul language, rather than the official rules enforcement thread. Vehicle limitations: As a general rule, no specific vehicles are prohibited. Any occasional vehicle restriction will be communicated accordingly. The use of premium tanks, shells and consumables is allowed. Players and teams Each player can only play for one team in one tournament, cup or championship Wargaming.net staff or affiliates are not prohibited from playing unless they are part of the tournament administration, these people will be stated. (Only a maximum of one Wargaming.net employee or affiliate per active team is allowed). Once the team has been created, it cannot change its name (please be very careful when naming your team). Team and player names must not violate the Wargaming.net naming rules; any team violating these rules will be disqualified. Teams are not allowed to use an excessive amount of special signs, unprintable words or abbreviations in their name. All the names have to be clearly readable. Before the battle: Teams have 5-10 minutes before the allocated start time to join the lobby. A guide on how to join Special Battles is available on the portal. If a team is not ready in this time and no one from the reserve can take the place in the primary (main) team, the team will play incomplete. Victory conditions: To win a game, the team will need to destroy all enemy vehicles or capture the enemy base. Number or rounds will be available on the tournament page. Draw conditions (tie breaker, keep draw-disqualification…;) will be available on the tournament page. Draw games have two resolutions, one will be picked for each tournament. The two common resolutions are tie breaker or keep draw (both teams disqualified) If a Tie Break match has to be played, the Tie Break owner votes for which side (attacking or defending) to play. Time for voting is two minutes. A Tie Break owner is determined according to the following criteria (in descending order of priority): A team must be fastest to win while playing for the attacking side. A team must cause most damage in one battle while playing for the attacking side. Randomly. Starting spawn points for all games will be automatically allocated by the system Games cannot be replayed unless an issue with the set up causes a problem. Unfortunately we will be unable to restart games due to disconnections or PC crashes Admins and Casters: The official Wargaming.net admins are: Berbo, KarlieKejjak and Soov Administrators resolve disputes : if you want to submit an issue, please use this topic. The ruling of an Administrator is final. Tournament broadcasting - Official Casters will be named before a tournament starts in an official tournament forum thread. If any official Caster requests entrance to a game, they must be invited/added to the team. Replays: Replays must be recorded by the teams from the quarter final onwards. If replays are required (i.e. to resolve disputes between teams), the details on where to send the files will be provided by the admins. Replays may be uploaded to the World of Tanks Replays service for easy access. Rewards: The gold and the other rewards are usually sent within a week (maximum two) after the tournament completion. If your team is missing gold or rewards after two weeks, you may report it missing on the forum by posting in the section of the specific tournament. All rewards are per player, unless otherwise specified. Rewards for the group phase will be as following : (1st) 600 gold (2nd) 400 gold (3rd) 250 gold (4th) 150 gold Stretch goals: Stretch goals are participation targets. A specific number of participants unlocks a new threshold of rewards according to the list provided by the organiser.   Once a specific threshold is attained, the unlocked rewards are added to the overall rewards of the tournament. Added rewards may include, but is not limited to consumables, premium time, and premium tanks. Stretch goals: If 700 teams register, the teams finishing from the 65th to the 128th place will receive:  400 gold.
