Can all the participants get 50 or 100 gold as compensation for wasted time? Xd
CLRG: Hello guys, Thank you for all the messages above reporting
technical issues. Investigation for this case is in progress. From
what I can tell, it looks like a server-side issue rather than
a tournament system failure. I am aware that
compensation for issues like this would be very appreciated.
However, this failure occurred at such an early stage (1, or
in some cases 2 or 3 group stage rounds played) that I am
unable to offer compensation to everyone. For the sake of
transparency, I want to clarify that I do indeed try to offer
appropriate compensation whenever a problem occurs in the playoffs,
or at least when the group stages were close to completion. But
when only a couple of rounds were played, I usually just call the
tournament cancelled. It is not a pleasant thing, and I
sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but hopefully these
incidents become rarer and rarer. Whenever compensation is
actually offered, please note that it will typically be in the form
of 2 hours Experience boosters. Gold compensation happens,
too, but only in cases where the players encounter an issue in
the later stage (ie: preventing them from receiving the gold that
they would otherwise legitimately win). I hope I have
clarified this for you.

the players' wishes and make sure the offer was
balanced.

now ? Or will they be available soon ? CLRG: Hello spiderman159, in the current rotation, there are indeed no
5v5 T8. I found that this format was unfortunately not
performing as well as I'd hope. Since I only had two time slots to
reserve for 5v5 I opted for T6 and T10 instead. I can confirm
to you that 5v5 T8 will almost certainly happen again, but
potentially not this summer at all. I expect the current schedule
to last until the end of August, and perhaps a bit later if it
works well. I can also tell you that 5v5 T8 may occasionally
replace a T6 or T10, that's on the table. Thanks for your
feedback!

14/07/2019 at 19.00 I started the tournament in which I went to the
playoff phase. In the first battle I met the player with the
nickname "Tricek1", the player fled perfidiously and played
unfairly because he did not see the chance of winning, he was
around the rock and he was on one shot. And here is my question if
WG punishes for such behavior, where someone specifically plays a
tie to prevent others from being promoted. After the battle this
player stated that he never loses and I will not win where it is
very rude behavior. I am asking for an answer, I can add a repeat
of the battle.CLRG: Hello Grzegorzmiki, sorry to hear you encountered this problem. One
of the things I implemented specifically to reduce this type of
behaviour is to reduce the cap time to 100 seconds. It's not
necessarily what you'd want to hear, but to be very honest with
you, we do not directly punish such behaviour - it would
require us to watch all the replays, which is not realistic.
So, I concede it's not possible for me to fully eliminate
unfair play such as this one. I suppose the best advice I can
give you is to go for the enemy base. Maybe other experienced
tournament players can give you their advice too.
