that the tournament encountered an issue during the playoffs,
causing the whole bracket to collapse. Some players progressed
without playing the matches while others were stuck
instead. As a result, the tournament is cancelled and all the
players who qualified for the playoffs have received 2x 50% exp
reserves as a compensation. Sorry for the
inconvenience.

of a malfunction in this tournament. It doesn't mean that you
haven't encountered an issue, but I am unable to find evidence
of it. Unfortunately, even though I understand your frustration, I
cannot offer you a compensation in this case. I can only
invite you to please notify me if it happens to you again.
Note to all players: since two tournaments
encountered critical failures this week, the matter is currently
being investigated further. Hopefully the situation is resolved
shortly.
