CLRG: Hello Karakartal37, congratulations for your victory. I have looked into this issue for you and corrected the situation. Normally, the winners are automatically credited after a tournament, but it wasn't the case here. You and all the top players for this tournament should now find their rewards in their garage. Sorry for the delay.    

CLRG: Two tournaments were affected by an unexpected server breakdown. The 1v1 was interrupted at the semi final stage. All the players were credited with rewards according to the rank they had reached. The 2v2 tournament was interrupted in the early phase in the group stage, and was thus canceled. Hopefully this incident does not prevent you from enjoying the tournaments in the future.    

CLRG: Hello guest273, you are right to complain when you feel unfairly treated. I will not go into the details of how violations are investigated and resolved, though I do confirm that we care a great deal about preventing any unfair behaviour in the game.
