Well even if it's not appreciated, we don't want to see people banned, so we need to reiterate the guidelines we have in place, even if they aren't seen to be as clear cut as a public list of banned mods.   

Despite this, when we ban people, it's clear to us which mods are fine and which mods aren't.   In this instance, the Support agent just made a simple mistake by suggesting the mod was not a cheat. 

It may be hard for some people to determine whether a mod is giving them an advantage in battle or not, but it is not hard for us, so we recommend following the guidelines and stick to mods that do innocuous things.  Seems like common sense to suggest that even after that if you're not sure about the mod, then don't use it. That's the safest way to avoid trouble.
