Brynd: It seems after some time passed an issue was found with replays afterall. It's likely that this won't be fixed until the release of 9.10.

However in the meantime there's a temporary solution. Please download the following file, extract the file out of the zip, and place it in the root World of Tanks folder, replacing the existing file of the same name.   http://dl-support.wargaming.net/wot/ru/KnowledgeBase/Replays/paths.zip
