There was a micro-patch that switched some files and directories
about, which we think did break the replay compatibility with
earlier 9.9 replays. However, replays made after that should still
work and they do in our tests.
Pretty much the only thing that was suggested to me that could be causing it are perhaps mods that were affected by the micro-patch. Just as a test, if you temporarily move out your mods and try again, do new replays made after you did that work any better?
