Brynd: It's a fair point, Trent. While we're all always going to be trying
to improve our level of experience and technical skill, from past
experience it's not always going to be possible (or maybe even at
all possible) to even match the technical knowledge that players
can and will develop on their own.
Those with the highest technical knowledge in the company are mostly going to be those designing and implementing the game rather than manning the forums, running competitions and planning real world events.
This might not be desirable for you as a technically minded player, we realise that; but even taking this into account doesn't mean we won't try and do the best we can in the time we have available. If it becomes a truly urgent issue to get specific details to you, then we will of course endeavour to do so.
But though we may try, we will be beyond hard pressed to be able to reply to every topic with every detail requested. Again, though, doesn't mean we won't try our best!
