thanks Berbo: There are 2 solutions, you play a different tier or play EBR
yourself as it seems only playing EBR wins the tournament.

Obviously, it's possible that some people play with 2 accounts but the chances of them getting vs his other account are so low and honestly not worth the effort of just progressing one round.
