Schmeksiman, on 07 November 2016 - 06:31 PM, said: So you're telling me to do your job and provide you with a
list of streamers? And that's coming from a professional esports
manager for WG? That's your job, how can you expect
people to ask you when nobody had a clue that offer was on the
table? Plus you're trying to convince how organising that was a
monumental effort but then you're telling me you couldn't bother to
find a streamer? If you were willing to stream it, you would
have found somebody. It was a matter of effort on your part or the
lack of it to be precise. But I don't want to turn
this into a drama fest, I'm not the person that deserves the
attention compared to those 14+ guys that made us proud.Berbo: Well, sorry. I didn't mean you need to do my job. Can
you at least name 3 eSports streamers with 500-1000 concurrent
users? Let's forget about the fact that streaming includes casting,
which means anyone can stream but a very low amount of people can
cast properly. Offer was on the table (we will not go with
forum, ok who want's it approach), there was the same amount of
communication for EU finals and for the showmatch, and we got a few
people asking to cover the finals of EU, for this one we simply
couldn't add more as it was restricted. For showmatch it was
basically unlimited but as I said there was a lack of interest.
There's no drama about it, I'm simply trying to explain all
the facts and background before "WG EU couldn't bother to..."
comments started to flow.
