When we registered our team, all looked well apart from one of our players not having any personal rating. We found out it might be because he wasn't ranked in hall of fame until he had 1000 battles. Come Group Stage 1 of Tank football tournament, he didn't get an invite. We went back to thinking he needed to get 1000 battles to get invite. So he played day and night to reach 1000 battles. Come Group Stage 2 of the tournament, he still didn't get invite. It was then we found out registration system had created a fake account instead of registering his. Fake account is named F1DJ, could you check if it has an e-mail linked to it? It says it has 0 battles and was created 17.05.11 which I call [edited]on. Our player who registered for team is named F1_DJ. Also our team was password protected, so there is NO WAY this account is real. bug happened when F1_DJ registered to our team. Registration system missed out on the underscore in his name and now a fake account is in team instead of his... E-sports managers are not supportive and refuse to answer to this issue. I would really appreciate support in fixing this issue caused by E-sport team registration system. We are now in Play-Off 1 and it would suck if our player F1_DJ doesn't get to play or get rewards because of a registration system bug...
