ideal time. For other people it could be to early... you can't make

enforce it and even if we would add it then there would be a
million of complaints how it didnt calculate values. Some player
should have met only players of rank 3000 not 3010. It's random,
sometimes you get stronger opponents, sometimes weaker. This is
