that's 2 months old. As for Razer messages, AFAIK we sorted
everything we have received from them in regards to the missing
gold. If you have an issue like this with any partner,
please don't wait for 2 months to contact us or partners as it's a
nightmare to do the check for older cups. For our internal cups
it's max 2 weeks. Regards
