As i think now t7 should be a more balanced tier, as tere's much
more hp and not many tanks that with even a good RNG are able to
2-shoot oponent. Berbo: We switched to standard mode to fix capping time,
unfortunately we cannot modify cap time for encounter. Also next
cup is higher tier, we'll see how it goes
