Seemed to me that if people didn't find each other in the first couple of minutes they would head to the cap to draw the other player out.   Tier 5 worked ok, but I think that maybe a slightly higher tier would be good to try as an alternative (6,7 or 8) as the tank options are a bit more varied in those tiers.   I think the issue a few people were having with readying up was that you had to double click on your name in the queue to add youself to the team, teh arrow key to move yourself across wasn't working for some reason.   All in all though it was fun and it would be good to see them more often
