Berbo: There are many different reasons, our cups are full
grassroot tournaments while ESL is doing mostly pro cups, As gold
and silver include prize money there is a lot more need for
balancing purposes and we all know those tanks are not available to
everyone. This rule could be changed in the future if there
is a strong need for it, Regards
