for comparison how it looks filled upIt's only minor usability issues, but it could confuse or drive away a few teams, which I guess you don't want~ My advice for it would be to mention the character limit right away (0/4 - 12) and either make the submit button more pronounced as disabled or add a piece of code to jQuery to make the incorrect fields blink or at least change colour.
