For the battles, we
changed settings to allow spectator tank to join. DO NOT USE
THE SLOT FOR 4TH PLAYER. NOR EXTRA TIER POINT. Rules are the same,
3 players per team and max 30 points. Settings are changed to 4
players and 31 points to allow 1 spectator tank which is tier 1. Do
not fill this spot! Teams using it will be disqualified.
