I love the fact you first
came here to ask before the tournament started as some players only
write to us when it's too late to fix any issue. All
captains should follow Info and Updates topic, there we post all
info about the cup along with any change that may happen. In case
we have some technical issue like hamsters dying thus creating a
server shutdown etc, we will write in this topic about it.
Regarding change of members, technically you can do the changes
before you press "apply", once you applied (AKA pending approval or
approved) you can't make changes to your team. In this case you can
call S.W.A.T. team called WG admins by either PMing or writing in
this same topic about it and we'll assist you. (you'd need to
provide us with the link to your team and names of players you want
