Easy 8 (7/54) - Rules Enforcement

Berbo:   I'm not the expert but the bases were captured like 5+ seconds before the timer ran out. It's just a usual delay where the game doesn't instantly end after a team caps the base.   So, my apologies but I really don't see any issues here.   Cheers
