Forget about the efficiency < Read - Its not important. A lot of players just cap and increase their efficiency easily.

and Finally.... Learn from your defeats, when you lose, think about what went wrong, what you should've done. Try not to use the popular term "ahh noob team". Even when playing with a bad team you still can make some contribution.
