1st skill and are in barracks. So if you have crew that is
currently on a tank it will stay until you convert them or leave
them until period ends that will automatically convert them into
crew books.

used to improve new crews during their Main Progression. The total
amount of experience for Crew Books will depend on the total

one skill. Calculations for each nation will be made separately,
and rounding will be done in the players’ favor. To explain a bit

ApocalipticSnowflake: If that was the case 1st iteration would have been pushed
non the less which didn't happen. Everything is always
subject to change in sandboxes.
