go back and edit the page yesterday because people called them on
it?GeneralDirection: Yes, I changed it because... well, it's the truth.
It was updated because the statement was not accurate. 7.2 is still planned for Q1, as has been the case since before 7.0 was released.
A player voiced their concern about the page earlier in the thread, so it was updated to reflect reality.
We really wanted to release it in February, but decided it was more important to make sure everything we promised to you guys was actually done right.
It could have been released this month, but would have resulted in very poorly balanced tanks for the US tree, unfinished crew skills, and so on. That's not what we want to do -- especially not this update.
It will be worth the wait.
And then there are the matchmaker changes, which will be independent of an update.

GeneralDirection: sigmasq is correct, you need at least one battle with all five
vehicle types destroyed. Outside of that, if you do it again, you
can add 50 points to your final score. Final is important, because
50 points is a significant amount.
So, if you're willing to give this a go and you qualify, it's worth it to attempt it for all three battles.
It's also important to note that your results do not have to all come from the same tank. You just need to qualify on one of them, and then you can submit further battles from any of the tanks Gaea has listed.

I've got to an answer from a forum mod was it would be between the
end of February- beginning of March. So I'm not up in arms about
them making a few performance upgrades for those who need it( I
personally don't, i load up just fine).
I'll keep patiently wait for new TD's like a good boy
SO there is going to be a public test server for 7.2?! For awhile now i was worried there wouldn't be a public test for the new American lines.
It may be a hard question to answer at this time (since you just said the Devs are still working on the new skills) but could you estimate on when the Public Test Server would go live?

GeneralDirection: There will definitely be a public test for 7.2. We'll need to
analyze that gameplay data not only for the new tank destroyers and
heavies, but also the skill changes. We'll also want to get
feedback on the new maps being introduced and make sure to find any
last minute problems with them (terrain issues, etc.).
Unfortunately I can't really give an ETA for the public test right now.

which will largely be done on the Public Test, since that is where
the lion's share of gameplay data usually comes from during testing

used to get the 5 unique kills?
edit: I want to see amazing replays with these tanks if they are the winning entries. Sort of like the previous winner in his M5 Stuart.

Should be a fun event, here is hoping my Tiger finds some juicy targets.

Gaea:
No, for this one, it is required to use one of the tanks listed. No bonus added.

Yes, at least one of your battles needs to have all 5 vehicle types destroyed.

Tanitha: There are many players altering their clients (player mods), but
since the clients only handle local graphics, there is very little
that can be done to gain any real advantage.
When a player mod which alters local graphics is deemed to be too much of an advantage, (such as the tracer mod which left the tracer graphics on the screen for much longer and made them fluorescent in color) then they are deemed prohibited, and the client is altered to prevent that aspect from being modded again in the future.
Apart from local graphic alterations, there has never been any known hacks or cheats, and 99.95% of what's out there are merely trojans viruses and key-loggers. Due to this fact, for the players account security, discussion on cheats and hacks is prohibited within the forums.
