I think the best solution would be to find a way to let players have one account & choose which server to play on. Even better would be to simply make Singapore a cluster of the NA server.

The last information that I had, was there was no transfers to the SEA server NOW, which is pretty expected, since the SEA server isn't on-line fully yet and is still in Beta..
The decision on transfers as far as I'm aware, has not been made yet, And will be made closer to the release date of the SEA server.
