_BobaFett: As much as I like Steel Hunter, it gets a little stale having it back to back constantly.  Alternating between SH and FL every 20 days would appease most people, at least in my opinion.

Draschel:  I find it hilarious, pretty simple, that you try to champion the idea of SBMMBut aren't adverse to farming bots, general clubbing, even before bots existed If that isn't defining oxymoron, I don't know what does. The irony.

This is because when people point out a massive flaw in SBMM where only similarly skilled opponents face each other is that the really good players will never be able to find games, they quickly switch to "balanced games with equal good and bad on each side" type SBMM, in which case, yes, you will be carried by better players under that SBMM type. The SBMM proponents flip-flop between these two types of MM at will, depending on what suits their agenda to avoid addressing the obvious flaws with SBMM.

Draschel:  What you have isn't great fame. You may think it is great, but knowing so is different.What war gaming has done to turn up the proficiency of bots, isn't enough. It is a start, granted. But isn't enough. The true way to solve this problem is removing them, and then capping the proficiency of allowable crew skills in low tiers, for example skills cap to 2x100% only. Disallowing bonds equipment use low tiers, Etc. War gaming themselves, have done this. It isn't me preaching. But their choice in allowing bots in the first place, has been 25 steps back, when the small things they have done to prevent clubbing have only been staggered 1-2 steps forward.   This account isn't a re-roll, as re-roll requires playing and assumes replacement. This hasn't replaced s--- and when was the last time played? It's an experimental SA server bot account, to prove a point. Also to collect free stuff.   How about the three marks, for super conqueror, Type 5, Badger? What about those. Haven't you been trying super conqueror since you were on yolo when they got you a reward tank? What has become of that? I won't mention 907, 260, 270E, Chief because that's well out of grasp, and unfair to say. I will meet you halfway, how about Lorraine, Chrysler, S1?  Why don't you 18 hour stream those, and get those 3-marks?  Those take effort, don't they. Effort is taxing, effort is hard. And what you play against aren't  low tier, where your average opponent has a 75% crew if lucky, or a tank with 330m VR if lucky, and 50% of the time is stock. And hasn't even figured out the keyboard at the time. Or a bot, if even luckier your end.  The truth hurts. Every sensible, genuine, popular, streamer is diligently against this unfair practice. You support, and advertise it.  Nice.     

Draschel:  It isn't an insult. It isn't even a truthful insult. It is just the truth.  This game has a problem, with experienced players infesting lower tiers and making it problematic for newer players climbing the tech tree, getting punished. Or not only that, but worse, for some odd reason farming bots instead. So much that war gaming has tried a few steps to discourage low tier play for experienced players. It isn't right for game health, gaming experience, and actually discourages and turns away newer folk, when experienced people are STOMPING them. In addition, many other reputable content creators, streamers, have openly stated::  A) they don't wish to stay in low tiers and ''pick'' on new players and instead play higher up, to actually ''compete''   B)  Low tiers doesn't have people learn much of anything, and the stats are a lie  C) the only time they are actually found in lower tiers, are to 3-mark tier V,  get an ace on a gift like PzK 38H or KV220 that WG challenges them with (and that they WON'T DO AGAINST BOTS)  It is the job for everyone, to not be insulting, which this isn't - but to be advocates for what is right. And to shun what isn't

I have a strong suspicion that you wouldn't even know how to go about finding out if this was true, much less how to evaluate any studies on the subject. That's not what is disturbing about your post though. The disturbing part of your post is your assumption that simply thinking about these things is going to lead  people to acting on them. But you assume it is true. No, you outright state you KNOW it's true. The only way you can know this is true is if that's what you would do. That tells me that you are one scary individual who can't control his urges. It's like you're afraid that if you see these images, some child in your life will be in danger. You see, I know it's not true because the average person and can does control their urges on a daily basis, whether it's about spending money, eating, drinking, not telling your boss what you think of them, not assaulting the hot girl walking down the street, whatever. You, however, assume people can't do that. It's called False Consensus Effect, the assumption that the way you behave and think is represented in the population far greater than it actually is. I seriously get the impression that you are walking down the street tormented by the things you're about to do if you just lose focus for even an instant.

_BobaFett:  It lists your penetration value vs the enemy's effective armor in numbers below your reticle. It also compensates for penetration dropoff over distance. Example: 258/331 (258 is my penetration value and 331 is the enemy's effective armor)

churchill50: If I remember correctly, the tank template is the same as last time.  1 arty per team was allowed. You just didn't see them very often since they didn't have much of an influence due to the short battle durations.The limit on light tanks may have been changed from 2 to 3 this time around, but I can't remember for sure. Regardless, I agree on the Fog of War and boost zone changes. The mode didn't need either one of them.

Draschel: If doing artillery missions or grinding something like Swedish tank destroyer line,  no himmelsdorf + Ensk. I'd also wish to turn off Berlin if I could.If I were doing heavy tank block damage missions or grinding Maus and Pz VII line,  no malinovka + Prokhorovka. I'd also like to turn off redshire and murovanka I wish premium account holders could disable 3 maps, not just 2. I'd definitely buy more time then  

Draschel:  Speaking of which, you set quite a many bad examples yourself, too.  At any rate, he has been doing it for months. Not just with 12.1.1 change

Draschel: Why would anyone want to watch a live streamer, content creator, farm bots on SA.In my opinion, that is pretty low, and not a good example to set at all.

DeviouslyCursed:  Well, the only good Call of Duty was the original one, so I would say the game is ruined but not necessarily due to just that SBMM reason. Hell, the moment most FPS games went to client side detection that was basically the end of the entire genre for me.
