GeneralDirection: Tankers!
As we focused our efforts on Clan Wars earlier this year, it became increasingly obvious that we needed dedicated staff to ensure proper support for the Campaigns feature, as well as everything else we have planned for the future. For the Community team, this meant creating new positions that are responsible for communicating with you, to bridge the gap between our players and the Clan Wars development team.
With that in mind, please join me in welcoming Quemapueblos to the Wargaming America Community team. He will be acting as Community Coordinator, with a focus on Clan Wars.
Many of you will no doubt recognize this name, and his experience with Clan Wars will be incredibly valuable to our goal of making sure that your voice is not only heard, but also understood. You'll see him here on the forum and in-game, and don't be surprised if you also see him popping into your clan Teamspeak channels to chat with you directly about your thoughts on Campaigns.

Is every team wait until the few teams in the round of 64 compete? So I guess my real question is where do I find the start schedules?

dance210: Last time there was a WGLNA chat channel after 5 pm eastern...they answered all questions in there. I would guess they are doing something similar here, if nothing is posted on the WGLNA website.

dance210: I am guessing you are talking about tank picking, correct? The teams alternate picking and readying up, two tanks at a time, until all tanks have entered the training room.
How it normally works:
Team A: Ready up two S-3's
Team B: Ready up a T1 Cunningham and a T-69
Team A: Ready up two IS-3's
Team B: ready up two IS-3's
Team A: Ready up IS-3 and T1 Cunningham
Team B: Ready up two AMX 50-100's
Team A: Ready up T1 Cunningham
Team B: Ready up T1 Cunningham
After a player has entered the training room with tank X, they cannot change to a different tank.

This tournament started out well, but there were too many unanswered questions at the very beginning of the event.
This is just one more of a long line of poor communications from WG and now you are the new community representative.  I hope they told you how difficult your new position was going to be.
I find communications with the community to be the biggest area in which WG is lacking.

Laera: Thanks for the feedback, Kumacho. The NA Community Team has been thinly stretched over the past few months. With the recent new hires (including myself) we're striving to fix that and clear up flow of communication.
My goal is to try and be as transparent as I can with you guys. The community team is here to listen to you and be your voice to the developers.
Ideally, I want the community to always know what's going on and understand why it's happening.

Captain_Judo: Before we officially prize and crown the winners, we are offering all playoff teams an opportunity to review their final roster. This allows teams to drop players that did not participate. Each submission will be reviewed on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed approval.
In order to do this, captains must send an email to tournaments@wargamingamerica.com with the subject line "World of Tanks Classic 2". Please include a link to your team and list the players that you wish to remove from your final, payout roster. Included with each listed player must be a reason why you're requesting removal of said player (ie.. did not show for the last several months). This reason will be verified by our support staff to ensure integrity of the request.
The deadline to submit this email is Sunday, June 23rd. Payouts will begin to go out the following day.
