This is the same for every tournament we run and we check all disputes submitted correctly and handle each situation personally and on an individual basis. If we were interested in "Letting them Cheat" then we would not even have that system in place.    Second Off... Matchmaker has nothing to do with the tournament tools we use so I am not sure why you would bring MM into it. Unfortunately our tournament tool allows us to set a max tier but not restrict how many of that tier are brought which is why all posted rules stand with the notes and restrictions posted.
