veganzombiez:   Would you prefer a "Quick Match" mode for Raids, or fewer Defense Periods for Clans with lower tier Strongholds?  

veganzombiez:   If a Clan with a higher level Stronghold attacks a lower leveled Stronghold, and must use fewer tanks or a lower tier of tanks, what is a way you'd balance the risk?  This wouldn't just affect Tier X; it'd also affect Tier VI attacking Tier V.

If you senthese files in the first ticket, and explain the issue clearly, you should see faster progress on a solution to get you tanking again.   To get a dxdiag file:   Windows  - On your Windows task bar, click Start (Windows icon usually in the lower left corner of the screen). - Select and press "Run" (if you do not see "Run", hold down the "Windows" button on your keyboard and press "R". A "Run" window should pop up. - In the "Run" window, type "dxdiag" and click "OK". A "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" window should pop up. Wait for it to finish gathering your info before saving. - In the appeared window choose "Save all information". - After you've saved the file, please attach it to your ticket with the other two files.   To find the "Python.log" , and "Wotlauncher.log" files you will need to open the directory where you have World of tanks installed (default is: C:\games\World_of_tanks)   What your'e looking for are the two files I mentioned. GhostPrime: There are a fair amount of things that can cause issues such as this one. Mods, old corrupted files, Hardware issues, software conflicts. Please submit a ticket to support, they have some great tech guys there.
