yo.

youtube and streams dont actually need that much bandwidth but if
its available they will try to grab it all and screw up your
precious game of tanks. Since putting netlimiter on all the PCs in
my house there is a whole lot less screams of "whos on f**king

will notice anything except you being able to shoot tanks more
accurately. SInce allocating a dedicated amount of my homes
bandwidth to my PC 90% of my in game spikes have vanished.
Anyway, worked for me, you may want to try, or not....

other devices. Smart TVs are often a culprit of taking bandwidth.
Especially if you have multiple tvs, phones, tablets, PCs, gaming

Subject: Why the obsession with WN8?
Link on message: #9188714
Ricox, on Jul 10 2015 - 07:31, said: Nothing, but there need to be more measurements to
complement win rate. Win rate alone is not a good enough
measurement because it can be padded with platoons and low-tier
play. WN8 can be padded by worthless damage farming and such, but
many of stat ratings can be padded in some way. It's hard for
people to pad every single statistic every game, though. And
someone who can do all that is probably a good player anyway.
Although there recently has been a new rating called 'xTE'
implemented and it seems more straightforward and a better rating -
it simply rates you based on your damage compared to average & top
damage of each tank. Much harder to earn than WN8 and, although
damage can still be farmed, it uses actual averages unlike WN8, so
to get high xTE in WN8 farming tanks - you actually need to be
good, because the average is much higher and a 2k WN8 performance
could not even make it to 50 xTE (the rating is 1-100 it seems) if
everyone farms the tank for high WN8 and drives the averages up
significantly.

team-mates are a stat-pad platoon or an individual. As long as the
end effect is that we win. My problem with WN8 or similar is
that it seems to reward things like causing damage, it doesn't
reward less tangible effects. For example, let's say I am the most
strategic-minded person in the game. Every game, I fire one shot,
one shot only. That one shot is so perfectly timed and placed that
it has the effect of changing the battle, resulting in a win. What
does WN8 do? Let's say I 'tank', and like to play T95, Maus, etc.
Things which often don't get to shoot as much but do a wonderful
job of securing a flank by making people go somewhere else or just
holding them up. The only thing which shows that is win rate.

DavidBowieRocks: Jogadores!
A gente recomenda o http://imgur.com/

Clique no ícone

A gente recomenda o http://imgur.com/

Yoott: Hi Guys I figured I could come in and shed some light on the
I LOVE LAMP process and what happens in these
situations. All teams are required, under pretty
severe penalties (monetary and personal account penalties) to
"check in" on the day of matches (by 2pm pacific) directly to
myself and give the go , no go to their team playing and or bring
up any other potential issues that a team may have.
This happens in a lot of sports and isn't always apparent or shown but we have all seen last minute injury reports, prerace scratches of contenders, last minute withdrawals and match cancellations.
This "check in" system is setup for this exact reason if a team does not make check in or notifies me that they can't make the minimum number of players they need per our rules then they automatically forfeit the match and we pull it from the air. I spent a few hours working with Lamp yesterday leading up to the check in time to see what we could do to assist them. At the end and at the deadline it was decided between myself and the team leaders that for last night we should pull the match and continue to move forward. The team does incur further penalties for this decision however it was in everyone's best interests and I believe the right call. As soon as that deadline was reached, I know I gave the green light to go and start posting everywhere about it and on all channels that could be reached in time, including the forums, wotlabs posts, twitter, the fantasy league page itself, you will see that most of those posts happened right at the 2pm pacific mark. We also had Bad_co spamming the wglna twitch and battleviewer.com with this information for almost 3 hours up until matches started. That is pretty much the best we can do in that situation. As for the non Lamp or o7 guys you mentioned not playing, the teams have full control over who is playing in a particular battle right up until we start a prebattle 60 second countdown. This will not be changed, sure it stinks when you pick a guy and he doesn't play (happened to me the other night and I fell 40 spots, and I hear about it every day in the office since I am now not in first place) but that also is part of the game play of fantasy league. Many of the teams are and have been posting their lineups early either on the forums or on their own personal team twitters so I would keep an eye out for those. We have been encouraging this to happen from the teams so it will most likely continue. Please understand it was in no way an attempt to "bamboozle" you, it is just something that can happen and did. I am sorry you lost the points on the night as did many others but it really is part of the fantasy gaming world and setup and sometimes these things happen. Always feel free to reach out to me if you want to have further discussions as we are always looking for feedback and don't mind having a chat. Thank You

dance210: This tournament is done in training rooms instead of through
special battles. When you look at each match within the
playoff bracket, one team will be on the top and one on the bottom.
So, once the room is created the team on the top will pick and
ready up their first two tanks. Then, the second team will ready up
their first two tanks. Teams continue alternating picking their
tanks until all seven players on each team are ready. Does
that help explain it?

dance210: This tournament is done in training rooms instead of through
special battles.
