KRZYBooP: In Supertest: Ghost Town We proceed with internal playtests of the
Ghost Town map to check its suitability for Random Battles.
This time, we decided to try a more spacious version of
it: 1000 by 1000 meters instead of 800x800(pic 1). This will
increase maneuvering throughout the battle. We’ve also
reworked the central part of the map: there are less passages
between the houses now, and increases the ability to defend against
the enemy flanks in town(pic 2.A). This should decrease the
amount of ‘turbo-wins’ when one side’s advantage quickly snowballs.
Additionally, we’ve taken measures to make the map more comfortable
for every vehicle class, like moving the houses on the outskirts of
town. Ghost Town now has more Firing positions for TDs
who can support their allies and help them contain the other side’s
heavies(pic 2.B). 1.

also let light-armored snipers do their job, establishing control

answered the question.

do mapa de Cidade Fantasma para verificar sua adequação para as
Batalhas Aleatórias. Desta vez, vamos experimentar uma versão mais

importantly tanks played. It also would be good to see how
many platooned games have been played as you can easily pad win
rate by platooning a lot.

bayonet, but decided that it is a $400 Sabre, and that the first
shot with the main gun would destroy it, so probably not a great
idea.

of the gun tube, it's called the CSAM Mount.

this, they asked us if we wanted out bayonets. We told them our
tank has a 120mm, a .50cal, 2x 7.62, 1x 5.56 SAW, 4x5.56 rifles, 4x
9mm pistols, a 12-gauge and an M203. And we have tracks to run over
people (Which we did try, but apparently we missed. At least, we
could find no evidence of success when we inspected the running
gear). If it came down to the bayonet, we're giving up and going
home.

you can do when someone is pushing you out of cover is to simply
stop moving until they get bored.
Trolls want you to retaliate, because they want you to get hit by the TK system. The TK/Team Damage system is not all-knowing. It can't analyze behavior to determine motive, and figure out who was at fault. There is a threshold of damage to allies vs. damage to enemies that is allowable before you turn blue and get an automated ban.
This threshold is high enough that the occasional accidental "shot that guy in the back of the turret because he entered my line of fire right when I clicked my mouse" etc. shouldn't ever result in a ban.
If you habitually retaliate against trolls or shoot teammates when they're being jerks, it's possible to get banned for one of those accidental shots in a different game altogether, or for shooting the guy that's ramming you out of cover.

If someone is pushing you out of cover, do your best to get back in cover in such a way where they can't really push you out, then submit a replay of the battle to our support team. They will receive a strike, and hopefully learn their lesson.

Traumteam Bueno, así finaliza el Torneo de Kursk - Fase 1,
con un equipo alemán como ganador (¿un giro histórico?). A pesar de
todos los errores organizativos que tuvo (en parte por errores
propios de la organización y también por las dificultades derivadas
de organizar un torneo de este calibre de manera absolutamente
manual), creo que tuvimos partidas "históricas" entretenidas. De
cualquier forma, luego contactaré a los Capitanes por privado para
pedirles sus opiniones y así mejorar futuros eventos que pudiera
realizar. Recuerden todos los Capitanes que deben enviarme
por mensaje privado los python.log de sus equipos para recibir los
premios correspondientes (condición excluyente para recibirlos).
Para quienes hayan hecho cambios luego de la fase de grupos,
recuerden enviar también los de los miembros nuevos y viejos.
Tienen tiempo hasta el miércoles 8 de agosto para hacerlo.

tanque está basado en la tanqueta TK, el vehículos blindado más
producido por las Wojsko Polskie (las fuerzas armadas de Polonia)
antes de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. La TK entró en servicio en 1931
y, para 1933, 300 de ellas estaban en servicio. Las operaciones y
ejercicios con la TK a lo largo de los años arrojó bastantes datos
a los ingenieros, quienes desarrollaron una versión mejorada poco
antes del comienzo de la guerra. En 1939, 24 TKS fueron
equipado con el cañón de 20 mm FK-A wz.38 y recibieron la
denominación de TKSz nkm 20A. El famoso as de tanques polaco, Roman
Edmund Orlik, luchó en uno de ellos y logró destruir 10 tanques
alemanes (incluyendo un Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf. B) el 18 de septiembre de
1939 (por cierto, ¿alguna vez lograron obtener la Medalla de Orlik
en el juego? En el juego, el TKSz nkm 20A es un vehículo
bastante móvil que puede alcanzar posiciones de tiro con cobertura
muy rápido. Sus puntos fuertes son su cañón de disparo rápido y su
buena penetración. El cañón de 20 mm usa cargadores de 10
proyectiles y dispara 2 proyectiles en cada disparo. Este
tanque veloz, cauteloso y de disparo rápido es muy vulnerable al
fuego enemigo. Utilizarlo con cautela y con algo de audacia te
conducirá al éxito (incluso a uno comparable al de Orlik).
Puede que las especificaciones finales del TKS de Orlik cambien de
acuerdo a los resultados de las pruebas. ¡Sigan las noticias y
mucha suerte en el campo de batalla!

frequentemente a imagem volta um segundo, trazendo assim erros
vitais principalmente para CW's. Somente estou tendo esse

erro no central e com o WOTMA77: O problema apresentado neste tópico foi resolvido no
mesmo dia.
Sobre o problema no US Central, é quase que certo que seja algum problema de rota para o servidor e para que eu possa tomar alguma providência, preciso de imagens do PingPlotter de vocês para o servidor USC. Quanto mais imagens de jogadores diferentes, melhor.

para que sea un escenario adecuado para las Batallas Aleatorias.

Por empezar,
agrandamos el mapa: será de 1000x1000 en lugar de 800x800. Creemos
que este incremento dará más espacio a los vehículos más móviles
para que maniobren durante la batalla. También rediseñamos la parte
central del mapa: habrá menos pasajes entre las casas, lo que hará
que los flanqueos rápidos sean poco probables. Esto disminuirá
drásticamente las posibilidades de obtener una victoria rápida
cuando uno de los equipos toma posiciones más rápido que el otro.
Además, implementamos cambios para que el mapa sea más
adecuado para todas las clases de vehículos, como relocalizar las
casas de las afueras del pueblo. Pueblo Fantasma cuenta ahora con
más posiciones de tiro para los cazatanques para que puedan apoyar
a sus aliados y contener el avance de los pesados enemigos. La
porción extra de mapa a los laterales permitirá que los
ligeros-francotiradores hagan su trabajo. Continuaremos
haciendo ajustes a Pueblo Fantasma de acuerdo a los resultados del
Supertest. ¡Asegúrense de seguir las noticias y mucha suerte en el
campo de batalla!
