Uvědom si, že se někdo může měsíc zahazovat s TR či jinou akcí kvůli konkrétnímu tanku a v závěru dostane ten tank na 5 dní pronájem. Když si ho vybere, dostane kompenzaci a po 5 dnech ten tank nemá a počkat taky nemůže, protože po konci pronájmu už nepůjde odměnu vybrat.

Kdyby si ten tank mohl koupit i přes pronájem a pronájem se změnil ve vlastnictví, neřekl bych nic proti tomu. Kdyby tank šel odstranit, neřekl bych skoro nic proti tomu krom toho, že by bylo lepší to změnit rovnou, aby si dotyčný nemusel hlídat ten pronájem před nákupem. Ale nic nejde a je to neskutečně amatérské, vůbec to není hodné společnosti s miliardou obratu a zápisem v gunessově knize rekordů.

To, že účet máme v pronájmu je ochrana toho, aby když to WG jednoho dne zabalí, nemuseli vyplácet kompenzace apod., takže laskavě neargumentujte každou maličkostí jako že to je vaše. Když si koupím tank a nebudu ho mít v garáži, taky mi napíšeš že to je v pořádku, protože je to vaše? Neomlouvej krajními důvody vše, tohle je o hodnotě vaší značky a ta když klesne, klesnou i vaše výnosy na ztrátu důvěry, tak jim to jméno nekaž.

Prostě a jednoduše tuhle hloupost opravte, ať nás nelimituje a nepovídej, že jsme limitováni z marketingových důvodů, abychom si koupili něco, co ve skutečnosti nemůžeme, protože to máme v pronájmu. To snad nemůžeš myslet vážně

Troufám si říct, že na support se ve 7 z 10 případů píše pod vlivem emocí, takže co nejvstřícnější přístup je skutečně na místě... i kdyby byl hráč vůči tobě zprvu vulgární.

It would be understandable if nothing in tank appearance options have changed since introduction of tanks, but look for this example

You've sold 252u and defender in the same time, which means you cannot swap skin by support
Then 1-2-3 years passes, i wont even count. You added tons of new appearance stuff for tanks so you can equip this on your 252u, there is TONS of stuff you can do now which was not possible in past
Now you even giveaway special camo for 252u

And Defender owners cannot make any use of new camo you've introduced or any other tank appearance feature, including special camo you are giving away now

You bought Defender few years ago when there were like 5 appearance things crossed so you stick with it foerever when game evolved in this matter 150 times

    So people do not make mistake that many people did, take this into account, dont take tanks with permanent camo if you have a choice, since game changes and you will be excluded from using new game features on your tank
In the end you will end up with demo version of your tank with no options to modify its appearence when even more new appearance stuff gets into game
and that's a shame that WG never took this fact into account

and yes, i would get rid of defender skin in an eye blink just because its excluded from all new features that came into game since moment this tank got introduced

I'm stuck with defender because of reasons noone understands

Another thing is thati tottally dont get why defender skin didnt got transisioned into 3d style in a way like bourrasque has(and other tanks like patriot, skorp g, liberte ETC), then all 252u and defender owners would put or remove this style in a way they want
Now its not only problem that tanks are exluded from using new appearance staff, but it also creates complete mess. Some tanks can remove their special styles, others cannot, guess which one can and which cant especially when you are new player and you just didnt get used to it
