Decept1on:   Yes, sorry. We will indeed remove the Province map from the GM (and others like Hidden Village, Pearl River) with the next WoT update. There could also be a map pool rebalance but this is still being discussed.   About the rating from an earlier question (a lower clan losing more ELO rating than the big clan if it loses), it's normal according to the documentation we have.

MrConway: If your game is crashing after an update, it is most likely due to old mods having modified your client and causing havoc.   Make sure you delete anything in your /res_mods folder (except for the empty 0.9.10 folder).   Worst case scenario: Try a clean reinstall and your issue should be fixed

MrConway:   I have it researched but not purchased it yet. I prefer medium and light tanks as a rule and since the FV4005 is probably not my cup of tea, I put my credits into other tanks so far.   But driving the Conway is definitely still on my to do list  

MrConway:   I can tell you that as a rule, we answer every single ticket that we receive, if this didn't happen for you, there must have been a technical issue while sending it, always double check in the support center when you have submitted it.   As for the rest, I can only say that I will do my best to be there for you guys and I am sure we will get along well

Sehales:   +1 dafür, das wäre ne super Sache. Dass man einfach gegen total gammelige Bots spielen kann oder so. Auf irgendner Karte, die ansich keinen Spaß macht und einfach nur zum antesten gedacht ist. Siehe Heroes of the Storm zum Beispiel. Oder dass man mit jedem Panzer sagen wir mal 2 Spiele frei hat und den so erstmal testen kann, ob man da überhaupt hinwill und sich das lohnt. Die Logik dahinter ist natürlich, dass man sich auch Dinge holt, die man sonst nie kaufen würde, wenn man wüsste, dass der Spielstil doch nicht so zum eigenen Stil passt. Im Umkehrschluss würde man dann aber durchaus auch andere dazu "anzustiften" bestimmte Panzer einfach mal auszuprobieren, da man den ein oder anderen Kollegen und dessen Spielstil gut kennt und der eindeutig was für ihn ist. Somit würde man wahrscheinlich auf die gleiche Anzahl an Kunden kommen, aber die Allgemeinheit wesentlich zufriedener machen.   Vllt. war das jetzt auch ne totale Schnappsidee, aber so könnte ich es mir vorstellen   @Spieler-die-den-Scorpion-schon-gekauft-haben Ist er es wert? Wie macht er sich so gegen T9 Panzer? Bin am überlegen, ob ich mir das Ding holen soll. Allerdings kann ich mittlerweile auch keine Bundles mehr sehen... was will ich mit dem ganzen Gold und Premiumtagen?! Bitte weniger davon und mehr "rohe" Panzer, die es regulär im Spiel mit Gold zu kaufen gibt...

MrConway: Hello Community!   I am happy to announce that I have joined the English community team as a community coordinator.   I have already been with Wargaming for almost two years, helping to solve your problems as part of our customer support team. You might also have heard me on Twitch, trying hard not to embarrass myself on stream with our contributor Circonflexes and of course SirFoch, or run into me an one of our events.   Those of you that do know me, will know that I have a solid sense of humor can take the occasional troll with a smile on my face (although this is not an invitation! ).   We will be getting to know each other quite well over the next few months and I hope to meet many of you at our upcoming offline events.   Thanks for having me!

Funny how that works.  I addressed the comment from the player who was trying to claim that the majority of our players are children who rely on their parents to buy them stuff.  It was a broad generalization of our playerbase with zero evidence in order to try and add weight to an argument. Something people do all the time on the forums when they use terms like "all players" or "everyone" or even "the whole playerbase".   The whole playerbase is made up of a hugely varied grouping of people with different incomes, desires, ages and attitudes. To try and lump them all together or expect that each promotion we do will cater to all of them, is a fairly unrealistic expectation. I really am sorry that some people find this package as unattractive. This will happen no matter what is offered depending on what people are willing to spend or why they think of the content. The conversation we're having here isn't any different to the same ones we've had on previous premium shop bundles and I'm sure it won't be the last one for future bundles that people feel are not within what they're willing to spend.

Ectar:   A large portion of the player base is actually professional adults able to purchase or not purchase what they want.  Not everyone has to look to their parents to give them stuff.

12 au 15 septembre : caporal
19 au 22 septembre : lieutenant
26 au 29 septembre : commandant   Chaque mission vous fait gagner 150Or & 1 jeton, à la fin cela vous fera 600Or et 4 jetons. Additionnellement, si vous faites les 4 différentes missions, il y a une mission supplémentaire qui vous donne une trousse de secours. Elle se fait au fur et à mesure.   Rhaya

Ectar:   The Type 59 is rare because it's not been sold in over 3 years. It's only available as a prize in contests or as a give-away at major events like Gamescom, PAX, Igromir, Tokyo Games Show etc etc.  We have no current plans to sell the Type 59 or make it available to purchase ever again. The Scorpion will likely be available to purchase at a later date, it's unlikely that the package would be cheaper than what's offered now. It's highly unlikely it would ever be part of a Marathon mission.

Ectar:   The vehicles is available until the 10th, from today there will be multiple posts/videos from players detailing the vehicle from today onwards so I'd recommend holding off if you're unsure then picking it up tomorrow once you've got the details you're looking for.  

Ectar:   Your sources would do a better job working for Disney and making up fairy tales. I would honestly love to know what source you're getting that from as it's utter nonsense. Sorry for being so blunt but I'm amazed you'd believe this.  

Ectar: Do you honestly think our business model and game design should come solely from the forums?  That would be an even better business model right?    As said earlier forum feedback is important and it's considered but it will never ever be the sole driving factor in any game development choices or promotions.  

Ectar:   It's a fail if it was intended to appeal to players looking to spend no more than €20. That's not the intention however.

Estas decisiones se toman con meses de antelación y responden a una planificación previa.    Respecto a la misión del WZ, tomo nota de vuestro descontento, sin embargo, me gustaría aclarar que esta misión, va dedicada, principalmente, a aquellos jugadores que no pudieron conseguir el carro en la misión pasada.    Entiendo que aquellos que ya lo tenéis, no estéis muy motivados con ella. Sin embargo, siempre tratamos de ofrecer especiales y ofertas diferentes, para gustos diferentes. En este caso, puede que no os interese la misión del WZ, pero aún así tendréis x3 de experiencia, misiones encadenadas, ofertas en tier VIII, etc. No obstante, como os digo, tomo nota de vuestras impresiones. también entiendo que aunque se trate de tener contento a todo el mundo, nunca llueve a gusto de todos. 

Tanatoy: Sujet fermé, ClaraMorgun, tu aurais dû lire aussi le point 2.8.   Et si TeddyStuart, on peut bannir quelqu'un même si c'est abstrait (avec les preuves suffisantes). Et là, tu prends l'exemple d'un enfant de 2-3 ans, qui n'as pas le même analyse logique de ces actes qu'une personne d'une vingtaine d'années, qui représente la plupart des joueurs de World of Tanks. Pour l'instant, la situation est telle quelle sur les mods, (aka pas de "liste" ) si jamais cela doit changer nous ferons une communication, mais ce n'est pas le cas actuellement. 

Ectar:   They're aware of the forum feedback yes, It gets filled out each week by all region teams and I can assure you if a team misses it, the Producers question why. Forum feedback isn't the only decider in packages and promotions however. The amount of revenue generated and amount of people who buy the package is obviously a major factor. That's not to say forum feedback is ignored, simply it's not the only driving factor in what makes up a package.   Think about the times you really liked an event or special. Now look at how many people posted to say they liked it too. Look at the forums in general and see how many positive threads there are to negative ones. If you took the forums at face value you'd think everyone is upset at something yet there is still over 150,000 in EU logging in playing daily. Sadly it's human nature to make a bigger deal out of when something goes against us, than when it goes our way. - Get the service you expect in a restaurant and you tell no one. Get better than expected service in a restaurant and you tell about 2 people. Get bad service you tell about 8.    The Scorpion isn't intended to be a regular premium shop feature, which is why it wasn't introduced for just it's normal price. Players ask for unique vehicles to be introduced and players also want rare vehicles. We can't offer that to players AND make the vehicle commonly available (via a marathon mission) or available for a low price.  By doing either that kills the "unique & rare" association to the tank.  I can understand the frustration about the additional content to the package, but it's content that can be used and well, it's not 100 Large Repair Kits  .

Ectar:   There was lies, posted on a blog by someone who isn't the owner of the blog, claiming 2 people were fired when both people had actually been offered jobs in their home country. The person who wrote the article had no idea what they were talking about, had zero sources or evidence to back up their claims, and were just looking to create drama. It's very common in the games industry for people to be head hunted or approached by other companies who are looking to expand/recruit.   The recent recruitment message is because we are actively recruiting atm due do internal promotions, department expansions, and also due to some people leaving due to accepting a job offer in their native county.  I know people like to think that working in a different country is an adventure (and it is to a certain extent), but when you don't speak the language and the standard/cost of living is not what you're used to, it's pretty common for people to get home sick and want to return back to a country where there isn't a language barrier.  Buy hey! Lets not have that get in the way of the rumor mill. It's not like every major games company in Europe is currently looking for staff either right? 

Ectar:   Because I don't make these decisions. Thanks for assuming however out of all language teams in EU, and being one of 2 CM's for the EN section that somehow I'm responsible.

Ectar:   It does matter to me and what I keep asking players to do, is to look at the entire month.  This thread is created just because another region gets to buy a tank a few weeks before another. This is where we are now. "They have it now, I want it now, it's not fair."   Whenever you get what's assumed to be a "great" special, you're not satisfied the follow week unless it's the same amount of content or better. I agree servers should be more in-line with each other but you have to also appreciate there needs to be a limit before what's offered reaches a point where expectations can't be maintained. When the content/features we have in the game to generate profit becomes totally redundant as players expect that content to be freely available to them every month or two, that's not a good situation.     

Ectar:   No one has lost their jobs.  Feel free to carry on the nonsense rumors from someone who doesn't work with Wargaming and has zero interaction or knowledge of what happens in our office. It's not like sources are ever quoted, linked or verified whenever these fairy tales come up once in a while.  

Ectar:   Ticket waiting time is about 30 hours atm. I checked with support and you closed your ticket them made a new one.  Please don't do that as it puts you to the end of the queue as a new ticket.   Someone should be in contact soon regarding your issue.

Ectar:   You're not getting a mission for the 59-Patton. Whilst I appreciate the desire to get something for free that you'd normally have to pay for. If players expect a new premium tanks every month or two we'll quickly run out of tanks and the premium shop becomes redundant as does the point of selling tanks for money.   I'm sorry but this assumption that each month you must get a marathon mission needs to stop. It's not going to happen and it doesn't matter what other regions are doing. The more you give, the more people expect you to top it each week and you end up in an arms race of constantly having to offer more and more to keep people satisfied and what is then starting to be offered becomes ridiculous.

Ectar:   That would be helpful to know.   You'll need to submit a ticket to customer support who should be able to see from the logs what happened and advised you.

Ectar: In cases of serious abuse, you're able to submit a replay to customer support and explain that as the abuse was so bad, you felt it needed manually reviewed. They will check the replay and then take the appropriate action. For most normal instances of chat violation however, players should use the in-game system. Tickets should only be submitted for manual review in extreme circumstances.    It's never an easy balance as for all the major chat violations of nationalist or racist comments, there is at least 10 minor violations of someone saying something like "STFU noob". If everyone is under the impression they can submit a ticket for the minor chat violations then it takes longer for support to get to and deal with the more serious issues. 

Ectar:   You'll get your chance to get the 59-Patton as an EU player soon enough. If the complaint now is that different regions are doing things at different times, I really don't know what else to say as it's been like this since the game launched.  Each region has always had different weekend specials and when it comes to offers in the premium shop, they also different regarding the dates when they're available. For the premium shop if one region does something new first, the other regions generally will have the same offer within a few weeks.

Ectar: Please don't post witch hunt threads on the forums. We're aware of serial spammers and their activity is being monitored. If you bothered to check the forum account of the player you're talking about you'd see they are currently banned from the forums.  As with all other players if they come back from their forum suspension and act the same, their next forum vacation will be much longer or even permanent.   thread closed   - Ectar

Obirian:   Ja, wenn du dieses WE die Mission nicht schaffst, kannst du dafür das Token aus dem Shop kaufen. Bedenke aber, dass du dann die Missionen in den folgenden Wochenenden erspielen musst, da das Token aus dem Shop verbraucht ist.   Die Idee ist, dass man jedes WE die Mission spielt und so Gold und Token bekommt. Falls man ein WE verpasst, gibt es die Chance, dafür ein Token aus dem Shop zu kaufen.   Gruß, Obirian

Ectar: In update 9.7 we added a new player protection system to matchmaking.  This means players with less than about 2500 battles won't be matched with players who have over 2500 battles. Experienced player platoons won't be able to go up against newbies as a result of that.    I think I'm going to close this thread. Delhroh:   Saludos,   En primer lugar agradecer los comentarios y opiniones (las revisaremos cuando tengamos bastantes más y veremos que podemos hacer).   Con respecto al comentario del especial: Los descuentos de los especiales se aplican a los tanques premium ingame (es decir, que se puedan adquirir por oro directamente en el juego), no a los tanques de la tienda premium y que NO estan disponibles in-game, como por ejemplo el Tiger I japonés de tier VI.   Os ruego no hacer Off-Topic y ceñiros únicamente al contenido de este hilo que son "Sugerencias para el equipo de Comunidad".
