Ph3lan: Hey guys! I read the OPs post and I must say that I
appreciate the candor and all the thought he put into it. Instead
of simply saying that the Type 5 heavy is "OP" and "P2W" the OP
actually explains why he thinks so (in great detail ). This is the kind of post that I
can use when I write feedback reports. However. this post could
have been made without the all the unnecessary swear words,
hyperbole and insults against WG and it would ave been better for
it. To be clear, the OP was banned for 2 weeks because
he already had a warning point and the excessive swearing in this
post earned him another one, which according to the rules is
punishable by 14 days of forum ban. He was not banned because of
the content of the post, in fact I would like to thank him for all
his feedback about the Type 5, I'll forward it to our developers.
I would also like to remind you guys that we have been
making changes to the Japanese Heavy tanks lately in an effort to
balance them, and if after all the changes they are still not fun
to play or play against, we will make more changes in the future.

willing to learn and improve. I mean you can only explain that many
times some mechanics and expect someone (me for example) to fully
grasp it. Generally speaking I think there would be improvement but
it wouldn't be worth to fully take up a newbie under your wing. I
actually think it would leave you frustrated in the end but I might
be wrong.
Edit: The entertainment value would be great however! I already am thinking on setting up a Twitch Stream for giggles.

exception of going for ram kills every once in a while I am trying
to become better at the game. Videos on YT help but platooning with
folks helps since so far everyone tries to explain tactics

Thank you in advance HOXTON It is quite tough to tell why players got how much XP as there lots of little factors that influence it. The AX for example spotted 11 enemy tanks which should provide a small bonus, even if he did less damage. We're not using any different XP calculation methods in ranked battles, so there shouldn't be big disparities between the two. My advice if you want to maximize your XP in ranked: be close, shoot for tracks often and try to get some spotting damage, even a little gives a nice boost.

almost all our map guys are busy working on the HD reworks which we

like the idea of a map-design contest, I'll see if it can be done

completions and remember that you get the XP on the tank you do the

converting the XP, then activate accelerated crew training on the
tank instead, then when you finish the mission the crew members
will get a nice and juicy boost to their progress
