As far receiving such inappropriate messages in game please use the in game report function. 

Edit: Also we are active on the in game chats and such players will receive chat bans. If they don't adjust their writing style and continue to repeatedly insult in such a manner we have the option to forward these cases where more serious sanctions will follow.

Ph3lan: Hey Jotneblod!   The Type 59 was a great tank when it came out, but that was quite some time ago. Since then it fell behind the curve and in the current mategame it is definitely not the most competitive Tier VIII medium. It was in need of a retouch and now it is getting it. If you feel that the changes are too much, you can submit your feedback in the Public Test Discussion thread here: http://forum.worldof...a-france-japan/   That being said, I took the liberty of looking at your profile and noticed that you don't really play the higher tiers (Tier 6+)  and in fact your only tier VIII tank is the 8,8 cm Pak 43 Jagdtiger. I think in order to form a valid opinion about the type 59 you should be a bit more familiar with the higher battle tiers where it is played and either play it yourself or against it to understand how it fits into the current meta. In other words, I would like to encourage you to play some more and gather a bit more experience before forming your opinion   - Ph3lan

Mało tego nie wiem czy wiesz, że nawet jak jesteś posiadaczem działki to nie zawsze możesz sobie na niej walnąć willę z basenem mimo, że jesteś posiadaczem tej działki. Kapitan Państwo jednak działa prężnie bo w przeciwnym razie na ogródkach działkowych powstawałyby Orleny.

Jeśli masz jakieś konkretne podstawy prawne i dowody na to że kłamiemy masz pełne prawo złożyć zawiadomienie do UOKIK.
Tylko weź pod uwagę, że tam musisz przedstawić racjonalne i merytoryczne argumenty poparte podstawą prawną ponieważ ta instytucja państwo to nie jest forum gdzie rozkręcisz bezsensowną kupo-burzę dla garści lajków i atencji, której najwyraźniej Ci brakuje.
