You could say that the SU-130PM is infinitely worse than the Caernarvon AX because it's turret armour doesn't allow you to go hull-down & bounce shots all day long.
Equally you could say that it's infinitely worse than the Progetto because it doesn't have the burst potential of the auto-reloader.

Different tanks for different roles - you can't really claim that one reward tank is better than a previous one as a justification for a greatly increased grind and a subjectively worse bundle of extras...

AND, let's not forget that in addition to the extra XP grind required, the bundle also includes TEN fewer +50% XP Personal Reserves and TWENTY fewer +50% Credits Personal Reserves (the one everybody wants!).
