Vallter: Each patch contains a lot of technical fixes. So yes, performance
will be increased.

1. When I start up the game, it takes me to the website/update page, but says the site is currently unavailable. Is that something on my end, or still being fixed?
2. I'm currently in the EU, but live in the US. I'd like to have an account on both so I can join with the friends I have in both areas. Is this possible?

Great work with the game I do really enjoy it but I have had to stop playing the game now due to FPS drop whenever in snipe mode. I go from running smoothly at 35-40 fps to dropping to 1-5 fps for about 2 seconds when I fire. Really not useful when in a battle. My rig uses an ATI radeon mobility 5650 and the auto-detect says I should be able to run the game at high graphics level. Yet even with dropping my graphics to medium low to low I still have the issue and thus no longer can plan a game I really enjoy.
Any ideas?

a few pages before you said WG will let us know soon enough to plan our future progress through the tech trees so it would be good to know how much time do we have to grind to IS4 and/or T34 and if these tanks changes are going to be in the next patch at all or not..

Will the T23 be a premium or will it return to the tank tree in a later update?
My second question is:

implemented in this manner.
Variant 1.
If the “T-23” tank has been researched but not in the players garage, the following changes were implemented:
1. The cell for tier 8 medium tank was changed from ‘T-23” into “M-26 Pershing” in the USA tech tree
2. Default modules of “T-23” tank were changed into the respective ones on the “M26 Pershing” in the USA tech tree if necessary, except for the default gun - it remained on the “T-23”
3. If the AV-1790-1 engine was researched on the “T-23”, it would be unlocked on the “M-26 Pershing”, the same would go for the SCR528 radio (the AV-1790-2 will not be available in tier 8)
4. If the T23B5180 turret was researched on the “T23”, the M26M67 turret in the “M26 Pershing’’ tank tree will become researched;
5. If the VVSS T80 suspension was researched on the “T23”, the M26T81 suspension on the “M26 Pershing” tank tree will become researched;
6. The guns research scheme and its current progress will be moved to the “M26 Pershing” tank tree from the “T23” without any changes, but the turret from the scheme is moved to the different branch, all guns should be mountable on both turrets, The 90 mm T15E2M2 gun is added to the scheme;
7. The research cost for all modules in experience and their price in credits from the “T23” tank are saved for “M26 Pershing” tank. For example, to research the M26M67 turret that replaced the T23B5180 turret, you’ll have to spend the same amount of XP as it was for T23B5180
8. All undistributed XP from “T23” tank passes to the “M26 Pershing” tank;

Vallter: There are some issues, but mainly this 'bugs' are just technical
issues on client side or misunderstanding of game mechanics. If you
notice something, that seems a bug for you, please, report to our
Customer Support . You will either receive an explanation there or
gratitude for bug report. Without big amount of reports we can't
fix the problem due to the lack of information.

“Frankly speaking initially not only servers were lagging, we were lagging too! Then we theough that in half a year it will change and the workload will be not that big, but we were mistaken. Rush jobs never end,” Alexey aka bPhoenix confesses. However his intonations are not sad at all. Quite the opposite, he believes the bigger the workload is, the more serious support staff become and the better the service itself is.
Such qualities as seriousness, accurateness and responsibility are especially essential for those who provide financial support. These reliable guys are dealing with all the matters regarding finance: accounts, in-game gold, credits…
However… these are secret matters and we are not allowed to talk about it here!
Support service has got much in common with the department we talked about in the previous publication of the booklet – community and content. Both the departments deal with players first-hand and act as links between developers and the community.
In terms of solving the problems reported by users the support service communicates non-stop with the departments of web-development and quality assurance.
Owing to the immediate reaction of support service stuff to players’ “bug reports”, a lot of issues are solved in no time!
