Delay for battles with 1 chip is understandable, getting FPs for it, not really.

I'd imagine it's something like:
15TOGII vs 15TOGII both in a line shooting eachother to death until only 1 remains with really really low HP -> against the rules.
I'd guess this is allright: Ally attacking an ally and the battle is played with the usual lineups with usual tactics and no intentional attempts of loss (like reversing towards the enemy and shooting into the air) happen. Just a normal battle that is. And I can admit we have done this few times at the start. And we have replays of the battles waiting for WG request.

If the battle "looks like" a real battle and not as you said "a predetermined clan will win" this battle, it should be fine but it will be verified thoroughly.
Keep in mind that this is not the goal, you can try to expand as well and get even more FP.

As some of you raised the question when we announced the second campaign and rules and regulations, some clans might stage battles to gain Fame Points.
We use the following definition for staged battles:
“Battles were staged in order to receive bigger amount of Fame Points using obvious collusion in advantage of both clans or one of them”
Extract from the Rules and Regulations:
1.11. In the case of questionable situations (complaints, technical issues etc.), the Administration reserves the right to request replays, screenshots or any other information related to the situation. In the event that none of the aforementioned data is provided, the Administration reserves the right to make a decision based on their own judgment.
We already started taking actions and will keep doing so.
Just so you know, the penalty for such thing is the removal of Fame Points for those battles, account suspension and Victory Points penalty for the clan for allowing such behavior.
We will keep investigating and take actions for other clans as well if necessary.

We were given a T7 car which was good experience to try the speed and rapid fire but with little armour I was poor. Tried a T18 but for a noob they are tricky and I was just not quick enough to swing it round and so kept getting hit from behind.
I seemed to hit problems at every turn. This was also not helped as I was trying to get a better tank but neglecting the crew.
Lately I have settled on a PZ Kpfw II with the Flak gun on it. This seems to pitch me into all level II games or II/III games which seem fine.
While not the fastest the tank takes a few hits and feels OK. While more experienced may be able to work around load and aim times the noob has difficulties so this tank is fine on both.
I am still rubbish (yes I admit I am officially "very bad") but it was 480 and is now 840 and I did get 3 kills in one game. That I am sure sounds pathetic to most of you but it was a great change to getting popped in the first minute.
I am playing free so have no shortcuts. Plan is to stick with the the PZii and get the crew up to 100% (not far off now) and stay in II or III games. Is that a good plan?
I am really not sure where to go from there as the two tank options from the PZii are PZiiiA or PZii G which although quicker are both a bit weaker in armour.
Hopefully I will get better and keep at it. Any tips on what I am doing and feedback is welcome.

podstatně snáz než 98% hp) je na letových schopnostech sakra znát.
Asi ne tolik na stocku 1. úrovně (asi tak jako na 1. úrovni v
tancích většina parametrů nemá moc vliv), čemuž by nasvědčovaly ty
dvě bitvy, ale jak tam máš slušnější motor, nebo letadlo které
manévruje méně, než dvojplošníčky, každé poškození se projeví. A co
teprv nařčení z cheatů když se povede dobře mířenou dávkou ustřelit
křídlo nebo ocas...
(Zajímavé... U tanků nikoho nezaráží když tank na 2 hp jezdí, střílí atd... ;))

Tuccy: Regulace plynu po 10% (resp. po 1%) je na joysticku, klapky jou i u
myši :) WoWP ale v prvé řadě nemá být simulátor, spousta věcí je
automatizovaná (zejm. při ovládání krysa + klávesnice). S trochou
cviku jde ale akrobacie dělat i s hlodavcem.

Gepard_PH: Gdyby gra wyglądała tak jak prawdziwe powietrzne bitwy II wojny
światowej to byłaby zbyt nudna. Nie chodzi o to, żeby trzeba było
najpierw 10 minut się wznosić, żeby wykonać jeden atak w locie
nurkowym. Rozmiary map i dynamika rozgrywki została dostosowana do
oczekiwań zwykłego gracza. World of Warplanes nie jest i nie będzie
symulatorem latania.
