J0HN_117: Hola a todos,    Sólo quiero haceros ver que el equipo de Comunidad no os ignora, en este caso en concreto, y para nada lo digo como excusa, ahora mismo estoy yo sólo haciendo el trabajo de 3 personas, ya que Delhroh sigue de vacaciones, MrDonnie se puso enfermo desde hace varios días, y yo hoy he vuelto al horario que me corresponde y me he encontrado con ésto y otrás decenas más de tareas que no vienen al caso.   Por lo que me informan, se sigue trabajando en solucionar los problemas de lag, poco más podemos hacer más que informaros y mandar vuestras quejas-sugerencias-opiniones, (que como he dicho más de una vez, y diré todas las veces que haga falta, sí las escuchamos) al departamento que corresponde, para que haga buena cuenta de ello.   Dicho ésto, y aunque entiendo perfectamente vuestro enfado, si podemos usar estos hilos para transmitir información entre nosotros mucho mejor, sin llegar a extremos innecesarios. ¿Continuáis teniendo lag? ¿Algún otro problema? Tanto si pensáis que ya va mejor como si véis que sigue siendo injugable, toda información que nos déis es útil, yo os lo agradeceré, lo pasaré al departamento al cargo, y como siempre, os iré contando novedades según me lleguen.   Un saludo a todos.        

iScending: My thoughts as well actually ><.   Guys, I understand this is frustrating and I really apologize for it, I've been on weekend for the past days and I've experienced first hand what you have all voiced your anger over. I wish I had more, and better, information other than "We are working on it" but sadly I don't :(.    For now the only thing I can say is "please be patient and rest assured that we are very well aware of the issue and working on a fix". Bet you never heard that before hehe :p.   Topic locked as I will create a new one in the Announcement section should the need arise.  

iScending: OP I understand you are frustrated, really, I do, I'm also a gamer and I've been on weekend for the past 2 games so I had the "pleasure" of enjoying the latency just as you guys did.   But, please, don't spout foul language and complete rage on the forums. Nothing will come of it other than your thread getting locked.   Are we aware of the issues? Oh yes. Are we working on fixing them? Yes, ofc.   Patience, my friend, patience is a virtue.

OP, please have a look at the "Notifications and Announcement" forum as there is a thread about it there. We are aware of the issues we've had over the last few days and it is being investigated. Thread locked as I'd rather see you all use the dedicated thread above.

iScending: OP, please follow KKtwenty's link, you need to open a support ticket. However as the good Lord_Demon pointed out it seems that you misunderstood the discounts and if that's the case a refund is doubtful. Still, never hurts to ask :).

iScending: I've not had many games in this mode yet and tbh the few games I played felt alright. Maybe my opinion will change the more I play alas so far so good!  Interesting read though, wasn't aware of those statistics.

Tanatoy: Personnellement, je ne suis pas technicien, je ne peux donc apporter que les explications que l'on me donne, et faire avec ce que je connais. Actuellement, oui, il y a des problèmes de lags qui empêchent la bonne expérience de jeu de beaucoup de personnes, trop. Beaucoup de causes peuvent créer cela : Les serveurs, la route qui va des serveurs jusqu'au ordinateurs, des attaques DDoS, et bien d'autres choses qu'à titre personnel, j'aurais bien du mal à énumérer.     Après je pense que nous sommes tous au même point, attendre la résolution de ces soucis, et cela n'ira jamais assez vite, pour vous comme pour nous. Et malgré le fait que de prendre un compte premium, et que ce temps de compte premium soient impactés par des lags est énervant, ce que nous comprenons complètement, et nous espérons tous à une résolution stable et rapide de cette solution, mais pour l'instant, nous ne pouvons qu'attendre, et croyez bien que cela nous désole.    Édith : Walkingdead, peut-être que ces problèmes n'ont pas de lien ? (comme je l'ai dit je ne suis pas technicien réseau). D'ailleurs pour info, le serveur EU1 a été relocalisé a Amsterdam à côté du EU2 depuis moins de 36 heures. 

Tanatoy: Ce n'est pas ce que j'ai écrit, merci d'en tenir compte. 

Tanatoy: Si les serveurs étaient le seul souci, tout le monde aurait des lags, et certains joueurs n'en ont pas. Je ne dis pas qu'actuellement, nous n'avons pas de souci avec les serveurs, ceci est aux techniciens qui travaillent actuellement dessus quasiment nuit et jour pour essayer de vous donner une expérience de jeu intéressante de le dire, mais pour l'instant, ils travaillent à l'identification et la résolution de ces soucis.    Je vous demande juste d'utiliser un minimum de logique, ceci ne peut venir à 100% des serveurs, sinon tout le monde serait impacté. Merci,

Karlie: Sleva na Ferdu, což je tier VIII, je pravděpodobnější i během jiných akcí, ve vrcholku stromu jde především o slevu na tier IX a X, která je hodně zřídka. Takže třeba se ještě dočkáš i mimo tuhle akci.

Hunter1911:   I am sorry, but you are mistaken. The numbers and statistics you have listed are incorrect. The site you used to fetch my statistics is inaccurate with my data.   I would recommend first checking our official stats: http://worldoftanks.eu/community/accounts/500070424-Hunter1911/   Additionally, your statement about me having only XY number of tanks that have over 300 battles should not be your main argument, as it is your individual opinion on how many battles with an individual vehicles does someone has to have before he is eligible. Having an XY number of tanks with XZ number of battles should not be the main KPI. Nevertheless I do have 1,039 battles with an IS-8, 791 with IS-7, 731with Lowe, 577 with KV-1 and so on...   Therefore I do have fair amount of tanks with decent amounts of battles. And we could say I have dedicated time to those vehicles, in sufficient quantity to say I know them.   With medium tanks I only have 590 battles in total,  info which I do not hide. I play better with heavies or TDs and out of that reason, I prefer them. But I would like to improve my medium tanks skills, hence my comment here. I never stated I am a pro with meds, nor called myself good with them, I only expressed my wish to improve in driving them. Is there really a need to do a quota of battles on a vehicle before I could even express such wish? I do not think there is need for it. - Personal opinion.   Yes, I could have more battles with certain individual vehicles, but after a while, I like to play some other, previously untried vehicle to me. So my battles number is more spread among different vehicles, rather than single ones.   With 9,726 battles fought, I would not say I lie when I say I play the game and that I want to improve in certain aspects of it.   I am sorry to hear you have had a long/bad day, but there is really no need to call me a liar, simply because your point of view differs from mine, especially considering it is based on incorrect statistical data.   Anyhow, you are entitled to your opinion, and I respect that, so I will sign of this disc. by wishing you a nice weekend :)
