Kayi4ek: Zakončil jsi větu "jinak ..." jaké zase jinak? Opět a znovu narážíme na tu samou věc, kterou tu řešíme už snad století. Kdo tě nutí se zúčastňovat? Musíš se zúčastnit, abys mohl nadále hrát naší hru? Nemusíš, tak nechápu o čem tu diskutujeme. Píšeš to, jako kdybychom tě nutili to kupovat. Vánoce jsou bohužel komerční svátek, ale za to nemůže naše společnost. Bohužel se s tím musíme srovnat. I přes to, jak nesnáším na Vánocích právě to, co se z nich stalo, se snažím najít to pozitivní. Alespoň pro mě je to ten dobrý pocit, když můžeš někoho nezištně obdarovat, když si k tomu celý rok nenajdeš příležitost. Proč ne? Proč vždycky hledat jen to špatné? I když tento rok se mi naštěstí celý vánoční shon vyhnul, protože si užiju pracovní svátky tady v Paříži

Kayi4ek: Milí tankisté, jistě jste zaslechli o takzvaném riggování misí v módu Běsnění, díky kterému se podařilo několika hráčům podvodně získat tank T-22sr. Na základě vašich reportů a kontroly logů se nám podařilo tyto nekalé praktiky odhalit. Zprvu docházelo pouze k blokování účtu hráčů, kteří této techniky k získání tanku využívali. Na základě zpětné vazby a rozhodnutí naší pobočky budou tyto tanky nakonec hráčům odebrány bez možnosti jejich opětovného získání. Dále budou tito hráči potrestáni zablokováním účtu na 14 dní. Jedná se o přibližně stovku hráčů, kteří se takto prohřešili. Jména hráčů nebudou zveřejněna. Děkuji za pozornost. Kayi4ek

Delhroh: ¡Saludos comandantes! Hemos descubierto recientemente que algunos jugadores amañan las partidas del modo devastación para conseguir el tanque de la misión. Esta notificación oficial es para informaros que estamos al tanto de dicha maniobra que ahora misma está siendo investigada. Desde Wargaming no toleramos este tipo de comportamiento por lo que los usuarios que que han realizado este tipo de conducta serán sancionados con una suspensión de dos semanas, además de retirarles de su garaje el tanque logrado (y por supuesto nunca podrán podrán volver a conseguirlo a través de las misiones). Actualmente ya se han sancionado más de 100 cuentas y continuaremos haciéndolo si detectamos más usuarios que hayan realizado este tipo de comportamiento. Un cordial saludo.

Dotarły do nas informacje i zgłoszenia, że niektórzy gracze wykazali się nazwijmy to kreatywnym podejściem do przechodzenia misji w trybie Rozwałka, której celem było zdobycie unikalnego czołgu T22r.

Chciałbym w tym miejscu uprzejmie przypomnieć, że próby naginania wyników misji i ustawiania bitew są naruszeniem regulaminu i jako takie podlegają karze.
W związku z powyższym, gracze, którzy zdobyli czołg w sposób nielegalny powinni się spodziewać następującego upominku w tym roku:

Bunlardan bazıları hilekarlık ile yani bu haksız kazanımlarla yeni T-22sr tankını garajlarına eklemeyi başardılar. Adil oynamanın çok önemli olduğuna ve oyun ortamını bütün oyuncular için adil ve eşit kıldığına kuvvetle inanıyoruz.
Yapılan raporları ve kendi veritabanımızı inceledikten sonra, aşağı yukarı 100 oyuncunun, oyun kurallarımızı çiğneyerek bu yeni tankı elde ettiğini tespit ettik ve bu oyuncular için gerekli yaptırımları uyguladık. Bu oyuncular 14 gün süre ile oyundan uzaklaştırılmış (ban) ve T-22sr hesaplarından kalıcı olarak silinmiştir. Bu görevler tekrar tamamlanamayacağından, bu oyuncular bir daha bu tankı alamayacaklardır.
Aynı yaptırımlar görevler süresince haksız kazanım elde ettiği tespit edilen diğer oyuncular için de uygulanacaktır. Tekrar hatırlatmak isteriz ki, bu tarz haksız kazanım durumlarına göz yumulmamaktadır ve ileride de göz yumulmayacaktır. Saygılar,

Delhroh: Saludos comandantes, Recientemente se vienen sucediendo diversos avisos de jugadores que son invitados durante las batallas random a unirse a deterinados servidores de TeamSpeak para hablar y coordinarse mejor en las batallas. Acto seguido una vez dentro del servidor le aparece un pop-up a todos que estan en el mismo para descargarse los nuevos sonidos de sonido en HD: "new HD sound drivers" y otras cosas que a simple vista parecen legítimos pero es un archivo troyano. Si alguna vez estando en un servidor aparece algo para descargar no lo hagáis. Nuestro consejo es que lo hagáis directamente en la página de timespeak.

Kayi4ek: Třeba já jsem citlivá duše, budu to "žrát", když budu chtít. Občas je hezký ponořit se do nějáké takové nálady a v klidu si ten pocit dobrého skutku užít. Lidi to asi už neumí, což je dost velká škoda. To s fungováním akce bylo spíše řečnické. Když budeme mluvit mimo tu pocitovou stránku tak ano, refundace by fungovaly, ale není důvod vzhledem k počtu participantů. Pokud by nastalo, že se dárky nespárují, samozřejmě k refundacím dojde.

Sehales: Spieler, die sogenanntes "Mission rigging" betrieben haben, heißt, die persönlichen Missionen für den T-22sr durch gestellte Gefechte erfüllt haben, werden ab sofort 14 Tage Bann bekommen und der Panzer wird von ihren Accounts entfernt. Es wird im Nachhinein keine Möglichkeit mehr geben, den Panzer erneut zu bekommen und die Missionen können dann auch nicht mehr wiederholt werden.Dies wird auch rückwirkend auf bekannte Fälle angewendet und es wurden schon ca. 100 Spieler sanktioniert. Falls ihr mitbekommt, dass Spieler ein Gefecht eindeutig stellen und sich den Panzer oder einzelne Missionen nicht ehrlich erarbeitet haben, so könnt ihr gerne ein Replay des Gefechts an unseren Kundendienst senden und uns so helfen, gegen diese Fälle vorzugehen.Die oben genannten Sanktionen werden auch bei zukünftigen Fällen angewandt werden.

Falathi: Uwaga!
Otrzymaliśmy informacje, że czasem w trakcie gry gracze otrzymują namiary na serwer TS. Po wejściu na nie, wyświetla się okienko z prośbą o pobranie pliku takiego jak np. HD sound drivers. Wszystko wygląda OK, ale NIE jest ok, ponieważ link prowadzi do trojana.
Oczywiście, mogą trafić się różne powiadomienia, dlatego apeluję o rozwagę: to, że coś wygląda na pierwszy rzut oka w porządku nie znaczy, że faktycznie tak jest.
Pozdrawiam i życzę zera problemów z trojanami.

Kayi4ek: V tomto případě by došlo k refundaci. Ale vzhledem k počtu hráčů, kteří se zúčastnili, v tomto problém nevidím. Nehledě na to, že systém pracuje s jednotlivými dárky. Pokud jich hráč koupí víc, půjdou hráčům C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,... , může se stát i to, že půjdou 2 dárky od hráče "A" třeba hráči "C", ale pravděpodobnost je velice malá.

Kayi4ek: Nejsme útulek. Chtěl jsem tím říct, že lidi dneska hlavně počítají, aby jim ze všeho káplo něco navíc, ale už zapomínají na pointu této akce. Nabízíme možnost někoho anonymně obdarovat, ale lidé v tom okamžitě hledají něco jiného. A tato akce by nefungovala, pokud by nebyli alespoň 2 lidi, kteří se jí chtějí zúčastnit. A množství lidí, kteří se této akce zúčastnili myslím vypovídají za vše. Nevím tedy jaké procento z nich za tím vidí pouze možnost si "přilepšit" a kolik z nich to dělá skutečně z nějáké vánoční nálady, ale ...

Ivana_Drago: Tankisté, máme pro vás upozornění týkající se používání Team Speaku v náhodných bitvách. V posledních dnech jsme obdrželi několik reportů o tom, že poté, co hráči odešlou adresu serveru svým spoluhráčům, objeví se pop-up, který vyzývá k instalaci „new HD sound drivers“ nebo jiného softwaru, který se tváří věrohodně. Ve skutečnosti se ale jedná o trojského koně, takže bychom vás rádi upozornili, abyste byli v tomto případě obezřetní.

In the last couple of days we have received reports from players about the following issue: During random battles a player posts a TeamSpeak server address to have others join up so they may better coordinate. In some reported cases the player will receive a pop-up, seemingly from TeamSpeak, asking him to download the “new HD sound drivers” or some other seemingly legitimate piece of software, but it actually is a Trojan file. We would like to remind you not to download anything that may seem slightly suspicious. Nowadays most windows systems will update the drivers for you or if you have a highly specialised hardware (that windows won’t update for you) it is unlikely you will get automated prompts from the software itself. Whenever connecting to a TS server offered by a third party, never download anything it asks you to from the given link. If you DO need to download anything for TeamSpeak, the only official source is: http://www.teamspeak.com/downloads

Once the tank is chosen, the tank should be credited immediately after. As explained in the rules, if you do not select the tank, you'll receive T95E6 by default once the page is closed.

MrConway: Let me be clear, we did not sanction any players where we did not have evidence of the rules being broken. The reason this action was delayed is that we needed time to conduct a proper investigation.

MrConway: Like I already said, we are firmly opposed to naming and shaming on the European forums. Listing the players' names would have no benefit to the community. Those that were sanctioned will receive a message with an explanation, there is no need to drag the whole thing into the public eye.
