Calogridis: Hello guys !

I am quite overwhelmed with work right now but I will try to answer your questions as soon as I can.

First, for everyone who got a draw on the 1st place, I have a good news : I'm quoting the rules here "Top 1 Teams will be qualified" meaning that if you got the same score than another team at the end of the Group Stages, then both teams will be qualified. I think that's the fairest option. 

Then, for all rules enforcement and issues regarding the use of mods -and I think I already gave my position on that- please post your replays on this dedicated thread. I will investigate them and will decide if a sanction is necessary. But trust me, if it is the case, by fire they'll be purged

Sehales:   Das habe ich schon als Anregung gegeben. Feedback zu den Reports. Mal schauen was daraus wird. Soetwas wird leider und zum Glück nicht mal eben in 5 Minuten beim Mittagstisch entschieden^^ Bei WoWs gibt es ein Karma System (Lob - Reports = Wert >=0) und dein Karma wird dir im Profil angezeigt. Sofern dieses System noch etwas reift könnte ich mir durchaus vorstellen, dass es auch bei WoT funktionieren könnte.

Kayi4ek:   Proč by to mělo vést k rozpadu klanů?   EDIT: Resp. mi přijde, že se spíše klany rozpadaly kvůli předchozímu systému, kdy klan v TOP XX dostal celý automaticky odměnu nehledě na osobní body slávy. Tudíž se lidi, kteří neměli bodů dostatek snažili z horších klanů odejít a nacpat se někam do lepšího. Ale je to jen moje pozorování.

Sehales:   Dieser Artikel wurde von Buffed geschrieben und nicht von uns und bezieht sich wie bereits gesagt auf den Asia-Server. Eventuell wird es dort tatsächlich so gehandhabt, ich weiß es nicht...

Sehales:   Wie beschrieben verhält es sich zu Teilen schon. Bei AFK oder Suizid, frühzeitigem Verlassen, direkt Verbindung verlieren, etc... gibt es keine EP und keine Credits. Nach Wiederholung gibt es auch Account-Sperren.   @Kettenraucher, ich spreche es mal an, ob wir da ein paar Zahlen bekanntgeben können.

CurlyJohnny:   Entendemos que para gente con más conocimiento sobre historia o un paladar más exigente (que exige más rigor histórico), esta serie de vídeos se quede un poco corta. Pero hay que pensar que nuestro objetivo -junto a Extra Credits- es llegar a todos los públicos, especialmente a aquellas personas que nunca habían oído hablar de estos conflictos. Aún así, te agradecemos mucho tu comentario y esperamos que en futuros vídeos haya un poco más de equilibrio entre entretimiento y -preciso- contenido didáctico.   ¡Saludos!

CurlyJohnny:   Es un torneo individual. Según lo entiendo yo, se formarán liguillas de 15 jugadores (15 equipos) y de esas liguillas los 2 primeros se clasificarán para los play off. Es decir, jugarás solo en 1 v. 1 contra otros jugadores, en tier VI (batalla estándar) y en uno de los dos siguientes mapas: Himmelsdorf y Mittengard. Sehales: Zuallererst vielleicht eine wichtige Info: Der Artikel von buffed ist über den asiatischen Server. Wir geben solche Daten nicht Preis (wieviele und für was gebannt wird), allerdings werden auch in der Eu Region regelmäßig Bots und AFK Spieler gebannt. Sowohl in WoWs, also auch in WoT (und auch in den anderen Spielen von uns). Die Spieler werden nicht nur manuell, sondern auch, entgegen der Aussage, mit den entsprechenden erwähnten Tools überprüft. Bei WoT haben wir ja nun auch seit einiger Zeit das vollautomatische Verwarnsystem für AFK Spieler, allerdings nur für die "ganz einfachen Fälle" und falls man nicht nur ein paar Mal aus Versehen AFK ist(eine schlechte Internetverbindung kann ja gelegentlich mal auftreten), werden die Spieler entsprechend gebannt und verwarnt. Im Hintergrund gibt es auch noch weitere Systeme, bei denen es aber nicht so wie bei dem AFK System läuft, dass man ein Popup mit einer Warnung bekommt. Da erhalten die betroffenen Spieler nur eine EMail, dass ihr Account wegen Bot-Nutzung gesperrt wurde.   Was schlechte Spieler angeht, so kann man es zwar manchmal nicht glauben, aber ich habe auch schon Spieler mit 20k Gefechten und 100 Durchschnittsschaden kennengelernt und das waren keine Bots, sie kamen nur halt einfach nicht im Gefecht klar, sobald sie hightier gespielt haben und im lowtier waren sie durchschnittlich. Sie wollten es eben trotzdem mal ausprobieren und solange man ihnen Anweisungen gegeben hat, konnten sie sie auch umsetzen, nur alleine ging es halt nicht. Zugegebener Maßen sind das eher die sehr extremen Fälle und meistens sind es doch eher Bots, aber auch solche Spieler muss es geben...

Delhroh: Saludos,   Madrid está confirmado casi al 80% (hay aún algunos detalles que pulir).   Zaragoza finalmente no se hará y muy seguramente la 2ª quedada del año no será de World of Tanks sino de World of Warships en el sur de la península (pero por confirmar).   Barcelona, estamos barajando algo y puede que salga adelante, así que no está aún desestimado que haya quedada en la ciudad condal (espero ajustar presupuestos para que sea posible un evento en Barcelona, quizás no tan grande como Madrid, pero sí muy diferente y divertido). Tanatoy:   Messieurs, je ne peux que réitérer les paroles que j'ai écrit hier à ce sujet. Le ban tchat répond à une infraction qui a eu lieu sur le tchat. Une personne vulgaire/insultante sur le tchat, banni de tchat, ne peut plus nuire, au moins pour un certain temps.

Berbo:   News are just to notify people about the event, we will reduce mentioning of the rules more and more in the future. So general idea of the news is to redirect people to the tournament page.  As for the mistakes, thanks for spotting. They happen when 7 different languages are supported, we hope once we unify all in English mistakes like this one will not happen again or very rarely.   Thanks for the report!

Delhroh:   Amanar, eso no es cierto.    Se tiene en cuenta la opinión de los jugadores del servidor europeo.   Por ejemplo: se pusieron las insignias y camuflajes con % y bonos. Los jugadores reaccionaron negativamente y dicho contenido se retiró. Es cierto que unos cambios tardan más en producirse pero os aseguramos que transmitimos diariamente vuestras impresiones de cada uno de los aspectos que os preocupan para que se tengan en cuenta. Lo que sí espero, como Community Manager de nuestra comunidad, es que nos oigan y se produzcan los cambios que váis reclamando desde hace tiempo o al menos cambios y mejoras que mejoren vuestra experiencia de juego, porque un jugador feliz es un jugador que sigue jugando a World of Tanks, no lo contrario.

Tanatoy:   Oui, il joue toujours (même si je ne connais pas son pseudo, cela est effectivement fort possible). C'est exactement comme je l'ai expliqué, sauf que cette personne est au moins banni une semaine d'utilisation de chat, voire plus s'il n'en est pas à son premier coup.   

Tanatoy:   Honnêtement, le coup des gros joueurs bannis uniquement parce qu'il joue bien... arrêtez de prendre les autres pour des huîtres déjà, hein, ce sont des joueurs comme vous, ce n'est pas parce qu'ils sont moins bon qu'ils n'ont pas le droit de jouer.   Et je peux t'avouer que moi aussi, je me suis pas mal marré après avoir vérifié les historiques de chat des "bons joueurs qui n'ont rien fait et dont les autres sont jaloux". Certains devraient penser à ne pas insulter et certainement qu'ils ne seraient plus bannis. Et avec les preuves et analyses du serveur Europe. Arrêtez de pensez que parce qu'un joueur écrit "On m'as banni uniquement parce que je suis trop bon" cela est vrai, cela peut l'être bien entendu, mais, il a peut-être oublié de vous dire qu'il insultait à chaque partie.. Je ne dis pas que c'est le cas pour tous, mais de la bonne dizaine que j'ai vérifié avec l'aide du CS, il y avait toujours une bonne palanquée d'insultes dans le chat. Désolé si le ton peut paraître sec Syerio, mais je réponds comme le tien
