Logically, the PZ V/IV should turn faster since it has a 870hp engine, and not to mention much lighter since it was a tier 5 turret but a Panther fully upgraded still turns faster than the PZ V/IV when both standing still & moving at high speeds. This doesn't make any sense.

Overlord: 1. Commanders coppula is not that weak, unlike the one of radio
operator (~120mm). And both do belong to the hull of the tank, and
there is no reason neither logical nor balancing it should be
otherwise.

Overlord: Last time I checked figures the gap was lower. Will clarify

Играю как на AMX-40 (ивентовый аккаунт), так против него (основной аккаунт).
Критические точки AMX-40 лоб в лоб: нижняя часть центрального бронелиста, которая стоит попендикуляром к вам (1/2 шансов); топовая командирская башенка в правую ее часть (1/3 шансов); верхняя часть гусениц, если стоите под небольшим углом - снаряд сбивает гусеницу и пробивает корпус танка (важен кубик ВБР); триплексы под башней (1/3 шансов).

Overlord: Not sure, since max tank locking time is 7 days, stats for 2 weeks
from RU server can give pretty good picture of how it goes.

Peut-être est-ce que ça vient de ton réseau wifi ? Ce type de connexion n'est pas réputé pour être fiable, si ces soucis sont vraiment récurrents, ne te serait-il pas possible de te connecter en filaire histoire de tester (sur une période permettant d'exclure cette source) ?

Overlord: If everything goes well, there will be quite a lot of stuff.
Currently we have 23 new skills ready, some with totally unusual
effect.
E.g. "Evil eye" skill for radio man. It would increase the time (+X sec, where X is still to be decided) during which the enemies are spotted even if the tank that has spotted them is destroyed. Sort of post-mortem effect.
"Desperate" is loader's skill that will decrease loading time when tank's HP are below X%.

It has pitiful armor u can't nerf that...it has a pitiful DPM 1650 (compared to Panther II 2150) ,it has a good mobility, that is its only advantage but I doubt nerfing it, will change anything in its winning ratio so I dont know....
You can only remove auto loader but then I don't know is there a meaning to have a french vehicle?
Overlord: There are options. Definitely won't remove auto loading.

остается неизменной: любое недовольство игроков танками является
поводом для специалистов компании собрать статистику танка,
проанализировать ее и принять соответствующее решение. Пока нет
статистики, никто даже не думает менять никакие характеристики.
Должен пройти минимум месяц (а лучше больше) после ввода
французской ветки, иначе статистика ни о чем свидетельствовать не
может. Я думаю, к тому времени вы уже забудете про АМХ 40, но ВГ не
забудет и все проверит.

Overlord: Its armour is as it was earlier. There were no changes.

Overlord: There is limited gun choice for its position, but we have plenty of
values to play with: HP, agility, speed, rof, MM spread.

Overlord: We are rather conservative when it comes to pen values. Its pretty
safe to say that they will be kept.
