Let's make simple stuff, to find what wrong with your files.
1. try to delete and upload again /admin/translate/toptanks_en.php file. Mb it's was broken during upload .
2. if first step doesn't help - download this file and attach it to your post. Don't attach file from archive, i need to look at file that was uploaded to hosting server.
3. if first two doesn't help - delete toptanks_en.php and rename toptanks_ru.php to toptanks_en.php - and post, is it help, or not.

Step #3 - works, but i have problem with text, some is in russian and some text is missing
I have set english in admin options, but this works odd.

thx for file, i found mistake. And it will be fixed in release.
That mistake appeared after we did testing, when we updated headers with version, in begining of every file. In this file header was not edited, he was added, and that triggered mistake.
To fix the bug, just delete this two lines:

It's 17 and 18 line of file.

No cached data means that there is a trouble in getting info from wargaming site, and no previously cached data to load. You need to wait some time.
If script worked before, rhis means soon he will work again.

Old tabs are not working with 2.2.0 stat script. You need to w8, after full release of 2.2.0 we will update additional tabs.

Is it possible with 2.1.6 to use separate tabs to track separate replays with ajax_activity tab with separate cache folders(for example one for senior companys, champion etc.)?

That kind of stuff require many copying and editing of code in files.
There is 4 categories in 2.2.0 testing version atm, i think, i can expand them and add as many categories as you want, but later. Is it really necessary to add this functionality in 2.1.6?

If adding it to 2.2.0 is less effort than no.
