Скачал модуль 2.0.3. Установил. Добавил нового пользователя с правами админа. Вышел. Теперь не могу зайти ни по логину по умолчанию, ни с логином нового админа - Incorrect password пишет. Удалял папку модуля с сайта, восстановил из бэкапа БД. Начал устанавливать по новой - статистика не грузится, войти не могу.

Пароль хранится в базе, поэтому достаточно пересоздать базу, полностью, к сожалению, восстановление пароля не предусмотрено.

Как ее пересоздать?

Первое, это проблема настройки часовой зоны, к модулю отношения не имеет.
Как работает cron на hostinger.ru я не имею понятия, обратитесь в их саппорт

И вторая проблема в Хроме вместо букв символы (?). Статистика других кланов открывается отлично без знаков (?). В админке загрузил русские шрифты, не помогает.

С Cron разобрался.

Не подскажите как решить эти две проблемы?

Проблемы с часовой зоной можно решить по разному, на уровне сервера или через php, оба способа можно легко найти в Google/
По второму вопросу я вам не скажу, попробуйте перенабрать названия.
