If you want to change language of module, you need to modify files in "translate" folder, with '_en' in filename.
If, later, you are ok to share your translation, i think, we can add it as third language, and ofc add information about you as a translator, and add a link to your site.

Well, but which chmod i must use? With 777 i have still same problem.

You have downloaded intermediate version of module, all you need is apply new update-2.1.2.sql or(and) do some steps manually:
1) clean directory /tabs/ - some of php files were optimized and assembled from some different tabs into one.
2) unpack from latest version /tabs/ dir in to your site.
3) in admin panel delete all old tabs. (see what files you get in tabs and delete link on superfluous)For example, tank9.php tank10.php rating_1.php rating.php not needed any more.
4) reload admin page.
5) if after step 4) you got some new tabs have no name or id - just add it.

Thanks but i install new fresh version 2.1.3 its faster, but must wait for data longer.
Maybe errors with some pages disappear over time
