crontest.php is modified version of cron.php. No auth and no data update, just check and display log

Yeah, ofcouse u can, its have right now English and Russian, but, u just need to leave link to wot-news.com

If you want to change language of module, you need to modify files in "translate" folder, with '_en' in filename.
If, later, you are ok to share your translation, i think, we can add it as third language, and ofc add information about you as a translator, and add a link to your site.

What you mean by "upload"? You run 'Update Database' option from Admin Cp of clan stat?
Then upload files with new clan stat version to hosting.
