В седьмой и десятой винде, если Танки запускать при активной "другой" программе (которая работает в оконном режиме (а они все в оконном)) - то включается оконный режим, и переключить его на полноэкранный приходится вручную в настройках (до следующего запуска). Если запуск происходит в активной задаче - то игра запускается в полноэкранном режиме (в режиме - с последними настройками). Кто-нибудь может сказать что-нибудь умное по этому поводу?
Установил одиннадцатую винду - так там воопче полноэкранный режим не включается при переключении в настройках.

Sometimes, certain settings can be modified through configuration files outside of the game. Look for the game's configuration files (usually located in the game's installation directory)
foodle and see if you can make changes directly there.

It seems like you're describing an issue with the display mode (windowed mode or full-screen mode) when launching the game "Tanks" in Windows 7, 10, and now Windows 11. If the game is launched while another program is active, it defaults to windowed mode, and you need to manually switch it to full-screen mode in the settings. However, in Windows 11, this manual switch doesn't work as expected.

It appears that you are reporting a problem with the display mode (full-screen or windowed) when starting the "Tanks" game with Windows 7, 10, and, as of late, Windows 11.
