Tournament Team, please get to work and resolve my issues

Please be aware, that prize notifications and email responses from tournaments@wargaming.com may be sent to your spam / junk folder.   To answer your questions:  Gold prizes: prizes have been credited to your account for all tournaments. Please be aware that it can take up to seven days after the tournament ends to receive your prize;  Dispute Weekly 5v5: Teams are allowed reserves. At this time, there is no way to prevent players from not showing up for a tournament. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do to assist you. Dispute Platournament 7.01.17: Without a screenshot and/or video showing the player disrupting your team, there is nothing that we can do to assist you. We do not store replays from the tournaments on our server, that is why we require players to send them when submitting a dispute. Dispute Platournament 7.08.17: Draw rules take into account all teams that have tied points, not just some of the teams with tied points. Here is the breakdown for just the tied teams Both L-RNG and RTF2 had 2 wins and 1 loss L-RNG defeated RTF2 in the head-to-head; L-RNG came in 1st place and RTF2 came in 2nd place Both -M3X- and Phoenix had 1 win and 2 losses -M3X- defeated Phoenix in their head-to-head match; -M3X- came in 3rd place and Phoenix came in 4th place The head-to-head against group leader (where Phoenix defeated L-RNG) would only come into play if the tie couldn't be broken by normal head-to-head.
