calculated. If you placed 1st-5th in New Team or Standard and
1st-6th in Premium than you were credited with Zombie Kills. If you
were outside of that range, you weren't included in the Zombie Kill
calculations. A player needed to have earned at least one Zombie
Kill to be included.
